Monday, May 5, 2025:
- 9:52 p.m., breaking and entering, 5600 block of South 142nd Avenue, Otto Township.
Tuesday, May 6, 2025:
- 11:35 a.m., retail fraud, Dollar General, Polk Road, Golden Township. A 45-year-old Mears man was banned from entering the property.
Wednesday, May 7, 2025:
- 2:19 p.m., a 49-year-old New Era woman was cited for retail fraud, Stony Lake Store, Scenic Drive, Benona Township.
Thursday, May 8, 2025:
- 6:53 p.m., a 23-year-old Pentwater man was arrested for making threats on school property, Pentwater Public School campus, Village of Pentwater. The suspect allegedly made threats to an 18-year-old male victim. No one was injured.
Friday, May 9, 2025:
- 7 a.m., deputies seized “multiple pieces of evidence believed to be drugs,” said Oceana County Sheriff Craig Mast, and the evidence will be tested at the crime lab in order to issue warrants against four suspects, 4200 block of South 132nd Avenue, Ferry Township.
Saturday, May 10, 2025:
- 12:15 p.m., malicious destruction of property, 65th Avenue near Buchanan Road, Shelby Township. Four Oceana County Road Commission signs were damaged.
- 10:34 p.m., a 28-year-old Grand Rapids man was arrested for operating while intoxicated, violating a concealed pistol license, a weapons offense and assault and battery, 8200 block of West Hazel Road, Golden Township.
