– Elijah Steven Tuffelmire, 34, of Muskegon; first-degree home invasion. Preliminary exam: May 13 at 1 p.m.

Kruisenga
– Rachel Marie Kruisenga, 32, of Scottville; receiving and concealing stolen property — motor vehicle. Preliminary exam: May 13 at 1 p.m.

Rodriguez
– Arnoldo Rodriguez, 49, of Shelby; narcotics possession. Preliminary exam: May 13 at 1 p.m.

Crowley
– Howard Crowley, 64, of Hart, two counts of failure to comply with sex offender registry duties. Preliminary exam: May 6 at 1 p.m.

Derengowski
– Edward Allen Derengowski, 34, of Hesperia; methamphetamine possession. Preliminary exam: May 6 at 1 p.m.

Tjapkes
– Brian Marvin Tjapkes, 47, of Muskegon; methamphetamine possession. Preliminary exam: May 6 at 1 p.m.

Colantuono
– Michael Anthony Colantuono, 31, of White Cloud; check — no account. Preliminary exam: May 6 at 1 p.m.

– Matthew John Schaefer, 46, of Muskegon; methamphetamine possession. Preliminary exam: April 29 at 1 p.m.
