Monday, April 7, 2025:
- Midnight, a 38-year-old Montague woman was arrested for probation violation and assaulting/resisting/obstructing police, 8100 block of South 72nd Avenue, Grant Township. She was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.
- 10:37 a.m., larceny of a credit card and $35 cash, 100 block of West Wilke Road, Grant Township.
Tuesday, April 8, 2025:
- 11:39 a.m., domestic assault, no arrest, Chapita Hills, Village of Shelby.
- 12:21 p.m., a 16-year-old male driver was cited for careless driving following a vehicle/pedestrian accident, Shelby High School parking lot, Village of Shelby. The 17-year-old male pedestrian received minor injuries.
- 10:22 p.m., a 28-year-old Montague man was arrested for bond violation and second-offense driving while license revoked, Skeels Road near 96th Avenue, Grant Township. He was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.
Wednesday, April 9, 2025:
- 10:16 p.m., a 31-year-old Hart man was arrested for second-offense driving while license revoked, and his passenger — a 32-year-old Hart woman — was cited for allowing a suspended person to operate, Polk Road and 72nd Avenue, City of Hart. The man was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.
Thursday, April 10, 2025:
- 7 a.m., a 29-year-old Hart woman was arrested for probation violation, West Main Street, City of Hart. A charge of meth possession is pending lab analysis of the substance. She was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.
