– Piero Farska Atachao, 26, of 1006 W. Arch, Tampa, Florida; one count of delivery/manufacture of methamphetamine/ecstasy, one count of delivery/manufacture of a narcotic or cocaine less than 50 grams and one count of delivery/manufacture of a schedule 1-3 drug. Preliminary exam: April 29 at 1 p.m.
Robbins
– Cristina Jenifer Robbins, 27, of 1006 W. Arch, Tampa, Florida; one count of delivery/manufacture of a narcotic or cocaine less than 50 grams. Preliminary exam: April 29 at 1 p.m.
Torrie
– Alicia Mae Torrie, 40, of 1682 McIlwraith St., Muskegon; breaking and entering a building with intent. Preliminary exam: April 29 at 1 p.m.
Bozeman
– Ashley Renee Bozeman, 40, of 3404 N. 140th Ave., Hart; one count of delivery/manufacture of marijuana. Preliminary exam: April 29 at 1 p.m.
Rodriquez-Maldonado
– Romero Rodriguez-Maldonado, 51, of 3785 W. 1 Mile Rd., White Cloud; methamphetamine possession.
Davis
– Rachel Rae Davis, 38, of 8115 S. 72nd Ave., Montague; assaulting/resisting/obstructing police. Competency hearing: April 17 at 1 p.m.
Misdemeanors
- Alberto Tejada, Jr., 38, of 571 N. Spencer Rd., Mears; domestic violence. Pretrial: May 29 at 2 p.m.
- Devon Izac Mathew Smith, 28, of 8507 S. 72nd Ave., Montague; second-offense driving while license suspended (DWLS). Pretrial: May 22 at 11 a.m.
- Marcelino Gonzalez, 51, of 376 Sunset Ave., Shelby; DWLS. Pretrial: May 29 at 1 p.m.
- Gerald Raymond Tennant, 42, of 2854 W. Winston Rd., Rothbury; second-offense DWLS. Pretrial: May 22 at 9:30 a.m.
