HART — The following were arraigned recently in Oceana County’s 79th District Court:

Felonies

DeHoff

– Daniel Lee DeHoff, 35, of Montague; breaking and entering a building with intent. Preliminary exam: March 18 at 1 p.m.

Valentine

– Austin Shelby Valentine, 36, of Mears; second-degree home invasion. Preliminary exam: March 11 at 1 p.m.

Rice

– Steven Geno Rice II, 27, of Hart, tampering with an electronic monitoring device (tether). Preliminary exam: March 11 at 1 p.m.

Averill

– Joshua Charles Averill, 47, of Muskegon; delivery/manufacture of methamphetamine, carrying a concealed weapon, possession of a short-barreled shotgun/rifle and felony firearm. Preliminary exam: March 18 at 1 p.m.

Derengowski

– Edward Allen Derengowski, 33, of Hesperia; methamphetamine possession. Preliminary exam: March 18 at 1 p.m.

Anible

– Crystal Lnor-Elizabeth Anible, 42, of Hesperia; methamphetamine possession. Probable cause hearing: March 4 at 1 p.m.

Castledine

– Heber Orr Castledine IV, 43, of Twin Lake; possession of a narcotic or cocaine less than 25 grams. Probable cause hearing: March 4 at 1 p.m.

Hamilton

– Janet Mae-Fawn Hamilton, 27, of Ravenna; assaulting/resisting/obstructing police. Preliminary exam: March 11 at 1 p.m.

Misdemeanors

• Mikayla Nichole Wilson-Gleason, 30, of Hart; domestic violence. Jury trial: June 16 at 8:30 a.m.
• Kerri Marie Wright, 49, of New Era; third-degree retail fraud. Pretrial: March 27 at 11:30 a.m.
• Sergio Raymon Escamilla, 31, of Ludington; third-degree retail fraud. Pretrial: March 20 at 1:30 p.m.
• Tina Marie Day, 40, of Rothbury; second-offense domestic violence. Pretrial: April 24 at 10:45 a.m.
• Jason Dale Wilks, 40, of Fremont; driving while license suspended (DWLS). Plea/sentencing hearing: March 4 at 9:15 a.m.
• Casey Jesus Melchor, 35, of Shelby; second-offense DWLS. Pretrial: March 20 at 11:30 a.m.
• Heidi Sue-Vannett Kludy, 42, of Shelby; DWLS. Pretrial: March 27 at 10:15 a.m.
• Britt Damon Beach, 47, of Holton; DWLS. Pretrial: April 24 at 11:45 a.m.
• Matthew Charles Hayes, 60, of Fremont; failure to report an accident.  Pretrial: March 27 at 9:45 a.m.
