HART — The following were sentenced recently in Oceana County’s 79th District Court:
David Alan Worth, 40, of Mears, pleaded guilty Dec. 3 to second-offense operating while intoxicated and was sentenced Feb. 11 to five days in jail with credit for five days served; six months probation; Alcoholics Anonymous twice a week; and $1,055 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State (SOS).
Timothy Allan Robinson, 64, of Mears, pleaded guilty Feb. 11 to alcohol — open intoxicants in a vehicle and was sentenced to three days in jail with credit for three days served; one year probation; must complete substance abuse screening; Alcoholics Anonymous twice a week; and $490 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS. One felony count of third-offense operating while intoxicated was dismissed.
Matthew Robert Willhite, 43, of Hart, pleaded guilty Feb. 11 to disorderly person — drunk and was sentenced to $250 in fines and costs.
Joel Alan Sayers, 38, of Lake Wood, Michigan, pleaded guilty Feb. 11 to driving while license suspended (DWLS) and was sentenced to $300 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS. One count of failure to stop for a property damage accident was dismissed.
