HART — The following were sentenced recently in Oceana County’s 79th District Court:
Casey Ray Conklin, 21, of Hart, pleaded guilty Feb. 4 to a misdemeanor of operating while impaired and was sentenced to 93 days in jail with credit for 93 days served. The court waived all fines and costs. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State (SOS). One misdemeanor count of operating while intoxicated was dismissed.
John Perry Harford V, 32, of Hart pleaded guilty Feb. 4 to a misdemeanor of harboring misdemeanants and was sentenced to 10 days in jail with credit for 10 days served. The court waived all fines and costs.
Kevin Bracy, Jr., 33, of Peoria, Illinois, pleaded no contest Feb. 4 to a misdemeanor of attempted assaulting/resisting/obstructing police and was sentenced to six days in jail with credit for six days served and $500 in fines and costs. A felony charge of possession of a controlled substance — cocaine, heroin or another narcotic less than 25 grams and a misdemeanor charge of trespassing were dismissed.
Danella Marie Conkle, 48, of Walkerville, pleaded guilty Feb. 4 to a misdemeanor of attempted assaulting/resisting/obstructing police and was sentenced to $525 in fines and costs. One felony count of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police was dismissed.
Rodolfo Castaneda, Jr., 44, of Muskegon, pleaded guilty Feb. 4 to a misdemeanor of driving while license suspended (DWLS) and was sentenced to $200 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.
Andrew Bert Dykman, 34, of Hesperia, pleaded guilty Feb. 4 to a misdemeanor of DWLS and was sentenced to two days in jail with credit for two days served and $500 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS. A second count of DWLS was dismissed.
Madeline Jo Valley, 35, of Hart, pleaded guilty Jan. 21 to harboring misdemeanants and was sentenced to 10 days in jail with credit for 10 days served and $500 in fines and costs. One misdemeanor count of harboring escapees was dismissed.
Ronnie Wayne Romans, 67, of Hesperia, pleaded guilty Feb. 4 to a misdemeanor of second-offense DWLS and was sentenced to $250 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.
Jose Hilario Hernandez-Bautista, 43, of Mears, pleaded guilty Jan. 28 to a misdemeanor of open alcohol container in a vehicle and was sentenced to $150 in fines and costs.
Joel Donald Cameron, 54, of Farmington Hills, Michigan, pleaded guilty Jan. 28 to a misdemeanor of disturbing the peace and was sentenced to three months unsupervised probation and $125 in fines and costs.
Melissa Jerome, 40, of Walkerville, pleaded guilty Jan. 27 to a misdemeanor of failure to report an accident and was sentenced to $150 in fines and costs.
Miguel Angel Guerrero, 43, of Shelby, pleaded guilty Jan. 21 to open alcohol container in vehicle and was sentenced to $250 in fines and costs
Travis Michael Duke, 40, of Evart, pleaded guilty Jan. 21 to DWLS and was sentenced to $200 in fines and costs. A second count of DWLS was dismissed.
Thomas Robert-Clark Umstead, 38, of Ravenna, pleaded guilty Jan. 21 to failure to report an accident and was sentenced to a $75 fine.
