– Shawn Michael Bliss, 35, of Ravenna; third-offense operating while intoxicated. Preliminary exam: Feb. 18 at 1 p.m.

Colon

– Gilberto Miguel Colon, 28, of Hart; assault by strangulation. Preliminary exam: Feb. 11 at 1 p.m.

Horness

– Shannon Marie Horness, 54, of Norton Shores; methamphetamine possession. Preliminary exam: Feb. 18 at 1 p.m.

Williams

– Jabri Williams, 30, of Muskegon, two counts of drug possession. Preliminary exam: Feb. 11 at 1 p.m.

Noordhoek

– Jason J. Noordhoek, 49, of Irons, contractor — fraudulent use of building contract funds and embezzlement $1,000-$20,000. Preliminary exam: Feb. 11 at 1 p.m.

Martin

– Nikolas Paul Martin, 23, of Hart, methamphetamine possession. Preliminary exam: Feb. 11 at 1 p.m.

Misdemeanors

• Theodore Alan Smith, 51, of Mears, assault and battery. Pretrial: March at 1:15 p.m.
• Sebastian Alvarez, 31, of New Era; operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: March 13 at 10 a.m. 
• Austin Lee Hubbell, 22, of New Era; assault and battery. Pretrial: March 13 at 9:45 a.m. 
• Andrew Bert Dykman, 34, of Hesperia, second-offense driving while license suspended (DWLS). Pretrial: March 6 at 1:30 p.m.
• James Allen Pothoff, 71, of Rothbury; malicious destruction of property valued between $200 and $1,000. Pretrial: March 27 at 11:15 a.m.
• Russell John Masse, 61, of Ludington; second-offense DWLS. Pretrial: March 13 at 1:45 p.m.
• Shana Marie Harpster, 38, of Shelby; second-offense DWLS. Pretrial: March 13 at 2 p.m.
• Suante G. Davis, 49, of Muskegon; second-offense DWLS. Pretrial: March 13 at 1:30 p.m.
• Gregory Lee Trevino, 41, of Rothbury; second-offense DWLS. Pretrial: March 13 at 11:15 a.m.
• Eric Christopher Day, 40, of Muskegon, second-offense DWLS. Pretrial: March 6 at 1 p.m.
• Yesica Carrasco Molina, 39, of New Era, failure to stop for an accident. Pretrial: March 13 at 10:30 a.m.
• Josue De Dios, 24, of Holland, Michigan, second-offense DWLS. Pretrial: March 13 at 9:30 a.m.
• Jose Alfredo Villareal, 51, of Hart, DWLS. Pretrial: March 27 at 11 a.m.
• Juan Carlos Zavala, 33, of Shelby, DWLS. Pretrial: March 13 at 10:45 a.m.
• Estevan G. Escamilla, (age unavailable) of Hart, second-offense DWLS. Pretrial: March 13 a t 11:45 a.m.
• Gregory David Packard, 30, of Walkerville, DWLS. Pretrial: March 13 at 10:45 a.m.
• Tessah Ada Makenzie Slade, 24, of Shelby, DWLS. Pretrial: Feb. 27 at 10 a.m.
