The following is police activity in Oceana County over the weekend:

Friday, Jan. 24, 2025:

• 4:56 p.m., (Oceana County Sheriff’s Office), a 47-year-old Holton man was arrested on an outstanding warrant and charged with driving while license suspended, Winston Road near Bartlett Street, Village of Rothbury. He was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.
• 7:57 p.m., (OCSO), a 49-year-old Muskegon man was cited for second-offense driving while license suspended, South Michigan Avenue near Winston Road, Village of Rothbury.

Saturday, Jan. 25, 2025:

• 10:40 a.m., (OCSO), a 61-year-old Ludington man was cited for driving while license revoked, northbound US 31 near Stony Lake Road, Grant Township.
• 2:53 p.m., (OCSO and Michigan State Police), a 30-year-old Muskegon man arrested for drug possession following a traffic stop, northbound US 31 near Oceana Drive, Pentwater Township. He was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.
• 3:04 p.m., (OCSO) a man was injured while riding snowmobile, East Jackson Road near 120th Avenue, Crystal Township. The snowmobile hit a drainage pipe in a ditch, and he was thrown off the sled, according to dispatch information. His age and hometown were not immediately available.
• 3:39 p.m., (OCSO), malicious destruction of property, 7100 block of Driftwood Drive, Grant Township. Suspected sand was put into the fuel tank of a Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck.

Sunday, Jan. 26, 2025:

• Midnight, (OCSO), a 54-year-old Norton Shores woman arrested for drug possession following a traffic stop, northbound US 31 near Winston Road, Grant Township. She was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.
• 5:41 a.m., (OCSO), a 38-year-old Shelby woman was cited for second-offense driving while license suspended, Polk Road near Dryden Street, City of Hart.
• 10:08 p.m., (OCSO), larceny, McLaren Street, Village of Hesperia.
