Felonies
– Timothy Allan Robinson, 64, of Mears, third-offense operating while intoxicated and transporting open intoxicants. Competency hearing: Jan. 23 at 9:15 a.m.
– Gregory Merle Felt, Jr., 40, of Hesperia, larceny in a building. Preliminary exam: Feb. 4 at 1 p.m.
– Michael Earl Miles, 58, of New Era; controlled substance possession. Competency hearing: Jan. 21 at 9 a.m.
– Curtis Eugene Bronson, 56, of Hesperia, harboring felons. Preliminary exam: Feb. 25 at 1 p.m.
– Theodore Alan Smith, 51, of Mears, two counts of assault of a prison employee. Preliminary exam: Jan. 28 at 1 p.m.
– Madeline Jo Valley, 26, of Hart; maintaining a drug house, lying to a police officer and harboring escapees. Preliminary exam: Jan. 28 at 1 p.m.
– Bobby Jo Scheel, 43, of Walkerville, methamphetamine possession. Preliminary exam: Feb. 28 at 1 p.m.
– Brittany Nichole Ball, 31, of Shelby, embezzlement $1,000-$20,000. Preliminary exam: Jan. 28 at 1 p.m.
– Adrianna Rae Avila, 26, of Rothbury; controlled substance possession. Preliminary exam: Jan. 28 at 1 p.m.
– Ashley Lynn Gale, 33, of Hesperia, larceny in a building. Preliminary exam: Jan. 21 at 1 p.m.
– Michael Jonathan Cherney, 59, of Shelby, third-offense operating while intoxicated. Preliminary exam: Jan. 21 at 1 p.m.

- Asgar Khan, 25, of Pentwater, operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: Feb. 20 at 9:15 a.m.
- Jeremiah Vincent Cottage, 23, of Hart, operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: Feb. 27 at 9:30 a.m.
- Gustavo Guadarrama-Gonzalez, 31, of Hart; operating while intoxicated and failure to report an accident. Pretrial: Feb. 20 at 1:30 p.m.
- Adrianna Lynette Ash, 19, of Ludington, operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: Feb. 27 at 11:45 a.m.
- Leticia Gonzalez-Villegas, 62, of Hart, failure to stop for an accident. Pretrial: Feb. 13 at 9:15 a.m.
- Miguel Angel Guerrero, 43, of Shelby, second-offense DWLS. Pretrial: Feb. 20 at 1 p.m.
- Sean W. Johnson, 39, of Muskegon, second-offense DWLS. Pretrial: Feb. 27 at 9:45 a.m.
- Matthew Ryan Walicki, 30, of Pentwater, failure to report an accident and transporting open intoxicants. Pretrial: Feb. 6 at 9 a.m.
- Sandy Rae Olson, 42, of New Era, second-offense DWLS. Pretrial: Feb. 13 at 10:15 a.m.
- Orrin Alexander-Bjick Crooks, 39, of Twin Lake, transporting open intoxicants. Pretrial: Feb. 27 at 11:45 a.m.
