Monday, Jan. 13, 2025:
- 11:06 p.m., a 33-year-old Hesperia man was arrested on a failure-to-appear warrant, 2600 block of East Garfield Road, Ferry Township. A charge of methamphetamine possession is pending lab analysis of a substance believed to be meth that was seized from the suspect. He was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.
Wednesday, Jan. 15, 2025:
- 2:07 p.m., a puppy initially believed to be stolen was reported missing, 5400 block of East Deer Road, Leavitt Township. The pup was found safe.
- 3:12 p.m., a catalytic converter valued at $80 was reported stolen after it was sawed off a vehicle parked at Oceana Auto, Polk Road, Golden Township.
