– Ryan Maynard Galloway, 41, of Newaygo; third-degree home invasion, malicious destruction of property $200-$1,000 and breaking and entering without owner’s permission. Preliminary exam: Jan. 21 at 1 p.m.
Belmares
– Roel Belmares, 30, of Walkerville; assault with intent to do great bodily harm and unlawful driving away of a vehicle. Preliminary exam: Jan. 21 at 1 p.m.
Bronson
– Curtis Eugene Bronson, 56, of Hesperia; harboring felons. Preliminary exam: Jan. 14 at 1 p.m.
Adam
– Cody Michael Adam, 20, of Hesperia; harboring felons. Preliminary exam: Jan. 14 at 1 p.m.
Wierzchowski
– Todd Allen Wierzchowski, 60, of Hesperia; harboring felons. Preliminary exam: Jan. 14 at 1 p.m.
Schilz-Kissling
– Adam Scott Schilz-Kissling (age not listed) of New Era; fleeing police in a vehicle and felony firearm. Preliminary exam was waived and case bound was over to 51st Circuit Court.
Broom
– Tyler Jaree Broom, 26, of Muskegon; assaulting/resisting/obstructing police and driving while license suspended. Preliminary exam: Jan. 14 at 1 p.m.

- Ruby Garcia, 44, of Shelby; operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: Feb. 20 at 1:45 p.m.
- Raymond Guy Monroe, 53, of Hart; assault and battery. Pretrial: Feb. 13 at 11:15 a.m.
- Jesus Arnoldo Arellano, Jr., 32, of Walkerville; breaking and entering without owner’s permission. Pretrial: Jan. 30 at 1:15 p.m.
- Daniel Raymond Fahrlander, 51, of Shelby; operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: Jan. 30 at 9 a.m.
- Francisco Jair Mendoza, 39, of Shelby; operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: Jan. 16 11:30 a.m.
- Diamond Denise Perez, 21, of Ottawa, Illinois; domestic violence. Pretrial: Jan. 9 at 1:30 p.m.
