– Andres Rodriguez, 41, of 2725 E. Forrest St., Rothbury; possession of cocaine, heroin or another narcotic. Case bound over to 51st Circuit Court.
– Ashley Renee Bozeman, 33, of 3404 N. 140th Ave., Hart; delivery/manufacture of methamphetamine. Preliminary exam: Jan. 14 at 1 p.m.
– Theodore Alan Smith, 51, of 2132 N. 56th Ave., Mears; two counts of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police and one misdemeanor count of assault and battery. Preliminary exam: Jan. 14 at 1 p.m.
– Tina Joy Ingersoll, 51, of 847 Center St., Muskegon; third-offense operating while intoxicated. Preliminary exam: Jan. 7 at 1 p.m.
– Cheri Lyne Gonzales, 64, of 5710 W. 3rd St., Mears; methamphetamine/ecstasy possession. Case bound over to 51st Circuit Court.
– Timothy David Wert, 43, of 7133 S. Driftwood Dr., Rothbury; firearms possession by a prohibited person. Preliminary exam: Dec. 30 at 1 p.m.
