Jacqueline Marie Courter, 71, of Gobles, passed away Tuesday, December 10, 2024, at the Oceana County Medical Care Facility, in Hart. She was born September 26, 1953, in Detroit.
Jackie loved fishing, the outdoors, camping, and gardening. She raised and bred labrador retrievers, worked as a medical assistant and was a fantastic cook. Jackie was a kind, generous, and free spirit; she would have made a wonderful pioneer woman.
Jackie is survived by: her daughter, Jennifer (Robert) Wall; sons, Aaron Rinker and Alex Rinker; grandson, Travis (Lauren) Wall; as well as five sisters, Joyce (Robin) Long, Annette Fortino, Janice (Harley) Krieger, Judy (Scott) Siefman, and Joanne (Michael) Czarnota; aunt and uncle, Debbie and Ralph Hodges; partner of 15 years, Dean Henry; and many nieces and nephews.
Jackie was preceded in death by: her father and mother, Wilbur and Charlotte (McCurdy) Courter; and Nancy MeHarry.
