51st Circuit Court sentencings, published Nov. 22, 2024

HART — The following were sentenced recently in Oceana County’s 51st Circuit Court:

Cano

– Juan Santana Cano, 52, pleaded guilty Sept. 23 to assaulting/resisting/obstructing police and was sentenced Nov. 18 to 17 days in jail with credit for 17 days served; 18 months probation; and $208 in fines and costs. Two additional counts of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police were dismissed.

Robeck

– Timothy Scott Robeck, 38, pleaded guilty Aug. 5 to methamphetamine possession and was sentenced Nov. 18 to 10 months in jail; two years probation; and $598 in fines and costs. Robeck pleaded guilty in a separate file to assaulting/resisting/obstructing police and was sentenced to a concurrent term of five months in jail; two years probation; and $198 in fines and costs.

Wishman

– Johnathon Loren Wishman, 37, pleaded guilty Aug. 13 to third-degree home invasion and was sentenced Nov. 18 to nine days in jail with credit for nine days served; one year probation; and $658 in fines and costs. Charges of second-degree home invasion and assault and battery were dismissed.

Escamilla

– Doris Liz Escamilla, 46, pleaded guilty July 23 to carrying a concealed weapon and was sentenced Nov. 18 to four days in jail with credit for four days served; one year probation; and $368 in fines and costs.
