Lisa Elizabeth Lorenz Hill, 59, of Hart, passed away on Tuesday, November 12, 2024, in Muskegon. Born on October 30, 1965, in Petoskey, Lisa was known for her spunky, loving, and caring personality which endeared her to many throughout her life.
Lisa graduated from Hart High School and spent much of her career in customer service, working at Lorenz Party Store, Wishing Well, and various other service-oriented positions. Her professional life was marked by a genuine care for others, a trait that was mirrored in every interaction she had.
Beyond her career, Lisa was passionate about her hobbies, which included horseback riding, volleyball, shot put, and basketball. These activities reflected her dynamic energy and love for life.
Lisa is survived by a loving family: her parents, Linda and Allen Burrington; daughters, Jennifer Peebles, Melenda Whipple, Amanda Pender and her husband Bobby Pender; grandchildren, Daymien Andrews, Dominick Andrews, Devin Andrews, Destany Bisard, Taylor Pender, Ariana Northcutt, and Remi Pender; a sister, Deborah Daugherty; and bonus sisters, Amber Tuchbaum and Stephanie Sherman. Lisa also held a special place in her heart for her Aunt Arlene and cousin, Kim Fuller, along with numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Memorial services to honor Lisa’s life will be conducted at 11 a.m., Saturday, November 16, 2024, at Beacon Cremation & Funeral Service, King-Hart Chapel, 2370 North 72nd Avenue, Hart. The family will receive friends Saturday, from 10 a.m. until time of services at the funeral home.
Her vibrant spirit and loving memory will be cherished by all her knew her.
