HART — The following were sentenced recently in Oceana County’s 79th District Court:
Lorie Ann Hebblewhite, 61, of 360 N. Third Ave., Pentwater, pleaded guilty Nov. 5 to operating with a high blood alcohol content and was sentenced to one day in jail with credit for one day served; Alcohol Highway Safety Education; Victim Impact Panel; and $755 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State (SOS). One count of alcohol — open container in a vehicle was dismissed.
Mark Joseph LaFleche, 52, of 5120 E. Hightower Lake Rd., Hesperia, pleaded guilty Sept. 23, 2023 to driving while license suspended (DWLS) and was sentenced Nov. 5, 2024 to 66 days in jail with credit for 66 days served. Conviction reportable to SOS.
Derrick Lee Bevans-Sniff, 22, of 2315 Skyline St., Muskegon, pleaded guilty Nov. 5 to operating while impaired and was sentenced to one day in jail with credit for one day served; six months probation; must complete outpatient treatment; and $1,055 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS. One count of operating while intoxicated was dismissed.
Dominique Niccolas Hampton, 25, of 3224 S. Foster St., Shelby, pleaded guilty Nov. 5 to DWLS and was sentenced to 10 days suspended jail with credit for 10 days served and $300 in fines in costs. Conviction reportable to SOS. Two counts of DWLS in separate files were dismissed.
Armando Escobedo III, 19, of 5268 S. 148th Ave., Hesperia, pleaded guilty Oct. 1 to operating while intoxicated and was sentenced Nov. 5 to two days in jail with credit for two days served; six months probation; outpatient treatment; and $1,155 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.
