HART — The following were arraigned recently in Oceana County’s 79th District Court:
Felonies
– Robert Joe Smith, 40, of 1423 W. Arthur Rd., New Era; aggravated stalking. Preliminary exam: Nov. 12 at 1 p.m.
– Dejanie Antwanie Moore, 21, of 2468 W. Alder Crt. Rothbury; second-degree home invasion, larceny in a building and a misdemeanor of breaking and entering — illegal entry. Preliminary exam: Nov. 12 at 1 p.m.
– Rob Roger Smith, 31, of 203 N. Rath Ave., Ludington; second-degree home invasion, methamphetamine possession, fleeing and eluding police; assaulting/resisting/obstructing police; and a misdemeanor of assault and battery. Preliminary exam: Nov. 12 at 1 p.m.
– Heber Orr Castledine IV, 43, of 4371 Oak Ave., Twin Lake; possession of a narcotic or cocaine less than 25 grams. Preliminary exam: Nov. 19 at 1 p.m.
– Jessica Lynn Comstock, 36, of 2100 Fruitvale Rd., Montague; methamphetamine possession. Preliminary exam: Nov. 19 at 1 p.m.
– Tremaine Javone Brown, Jr., 27, of 16878 Pierson St., Detroit; illegal sale/use of a financial transaction device. Preliminary exam: Nov. 19 at 1 p.m.
– Drake Adam Booher, 27, of 2738 W. Cleveland Rd., New Era; second-degree home invasion. Preliminary exam: Nov. 12 at 1 p.m.
– Benjamin Carl Meyer, 50, of 1203 E. Colby St., Whitehall; breaking and entering a building and second-degree home invasion. Preliminary exam: Nov. 12 at 1 p.m.
– Nicholas James Gale, 33, of 605 Harvey St., Shelby; larceny $1,000-$20,000. Preliminary exam: Nov. 12 at 1 p.m.
– Lawrence Lee Bauer, 25, of 10727 US 31, Montague; assaulting/resisting/obstructing police and operating while intoxicated. Preliminary exam: Nov. 19 at 1 p.m.

- Kenneth Edward Field, 32, of 1884 W. Tyler Rd., Hart; retail fraud and trespassing. Pretrial: Dec. 12 at 1:15 p.m.
- Ashley Michelle VanVleet, 28, of 46 Chapita Hills, Shelby; assault and battery. Pretrial: Nov. 21 at 9:45 a.m.
- John Zachary Gentry, 49, of 6920 N. Woodbridge Rd., White Cloud; driving while license suspended (DWLS). Pretrial: Dec. 5 at 10:30 a.m.
- Mark Edward Marr, 54, of 5179 Holton Whitehall Rd., Holton; DWLS. Pretrial: Dec. 5 at 1 p.m.
- Wayne Alan Schlee, 70, of 604 Riverview Dr., Ellenton, Florida; DWLS. Nov. 14 at 9:15 a.m.
- Andrew Bert Dykman, 34, of 171 S. State St., Hesperia; second-offense DWLS. Pretrial: Nov. 21 at 1:15 p.m.
- Arthur Alan Nottage, of 6044 Main St., Twin Lake; DWLS. Pretrial: Dec. 19 at 11 a.m.
- Jennifer Mary Rupright, 44, of 9449 Walsh Rd., Montague; DWLS. Pretrial: Nov. 7 at 9 a.m.
