HART — The following were sentenced recently in Oceana County’s 79th District Court:
- David Keith Picklesimer, 51, of 4377 S. 184th Ave., Hesperia, pleaded guilty Oct. 15 to operating while intoxicated and was sentenced to two days in jail with credit for two days served; Alcohol Highway Safety Education (AHSE); Victim Impact Panel; and $1,155 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State (SOS).
- Dustin Gene Dupont, 39, of 623 Woodlawn Court, Hart, pleaded guilty Oct. 21 to disturbing the peace and was sentenced to a $75 fine.
- Allistir Walter-Vincent Arnold, 21, of 280 Mary Court, Hesperia; pleaded guilty Oct. 8 to disturbing the peace and was sentenced to $500 in fines and costs. Charges of failure to stop for a property damage accident and reckless driving were dismissed. Conviction reportable to SOS.
- Jessica Elaine-Turner Soleau, 36, of 4056 E. Buchanan Rd., Shelby, pleaded guilty Oct. 8 to operating while impaired and was sentenced to two days in jail with credit for two days served; four months probation; AHSE; and $1,055 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS. One count of operating while intoxicated was dismissed.
- Craig Steven Anderz, Jr., 36, of 3039 McDermott St., Norton Shores, pleaded guilty Oct. 8 to failure to report an accident and was sentenced to a $125 fine.
- Paul Allen Berger, 56, of 3656 N. Railroad Ave., Mears, pleaded guilty Oct. 8 to DWLS and was sentenced to a $175 fine. One count of second-offense DWLS was dismissed. Conviction reportable to SOS.
- Wayne Joseph Tollenaar III, 31, of 9485 Chase Rd., Montague, pleaded guilty to assault and battery and was sentenced to two days in jail with credit for two days served and $500 in fines and costs.
- James Milo Danes, 43, of 8401 W. 1 Mile Rd., Hesperia, pleaded guilty Oct. 4 to DWLS and was sentenced to 30 days in jail. Conviction reportable to SOS.
- Justin James-Albert Cowles, 38, of 122 Sandcreek Highway, Adrian, Michigan, pleaded guilty Aug. 27 to operating with a high blood alcohol content and was sentenced Oct. 15 to three days in jail with credit for three days served; AHSE; Victim Impact Panel; and $1,155 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.
- Laverne Dale Hofmann, 65, of 150 N. 192nd Ave., Hesperia, pleaded guilty Oct. 15 to operating while intoxicated and was sentenced to one day in jail with credit for one day served; AHSE; Victim Impact Panel; and $1,155 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.
- Bobbi Joe Ball, 28, of 503 S. Dryden St., Hart, pleaded guilty Oct. 1 to operating while intoxicated and was sentenced to two days in jail with credit for two days served; one year probation; must attend Alcoholics Anonymous twice a week; and $1,155 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.
Dismissals
- Shawnae Rylee Vanas, 22, of 2759 Worden St., Norton Shores; DWLS dismissed Sept. 10.
- Daniel Rodriguez, 23, of 556 S. Oceana Dr., Shelby; DWLS dismissed Oct. 8.
