HART — The following were arraigned recently in Oceana County’s 79th District Court:

Felonies

Rader

– Darrell Lee Rader II, 32, of 5247 168th Ave., Hesperia; methamphetamine possession, unlawful driving away of an automobile/car theft; and breaking and entering a building with intent. Preliminary exam: Oct. 29 at 1 p.m.

Aydin

– Cagatay Aydin, 30, of 2341 W. 22nd Place, Chicago; delivery/manufacture of methamphetamine/ecstasy, delivery/manufacture of narcotic or cocaine — 50-224 grams and delivery/manufacture of a schedule 1-3 drug. Preliminary exam: Nov. 5 at 1 p.m.

Buren

– Aiden Matthew Buren, 26, of 805 E. Frederick Ave., East Lansing; delivery/manufacture of schedule 1-3 drug and manufacture/distribution of an imitation drug. Preliminary exam: Nov. 5 at 1 p.m.

Posada

– Richard Andrew Posada, 30, of 2714 Eagle Lake Dr., Clermont, Florida; delivery/manufacture of methamphetamine/ecstasy, delivery/manufacture of methamphetamine and delivery/manufacture of a schedule 1-3 drug. Preliminary exam: Nov. 5 at 1 p.m.

Theodore

– Justin Scott Theodore, 25, of 2838 E. Garfield Rd., Hesperia; third-degree criminal sexual conduct (CSC) and domestic violence. Preliminary exam: Oct. 29 at 1 p.m.

McCoy

– Danielle Marie McCoy, 38 of 2132 Hemlock Ave., Lake, Michigan; methamphetamine possession. Preliminary exam: Nov. 5 at 1 p.m.

Hardy

– Timothy Lee Hardy, Sr., 61, of 2081 186th Ave., Hesperia; assault with a dangerous weapon. Preliminary exam: Nov. 12 at 1 p.m.

Smith

– Robert Joe Smith, II, 40, of 1423 W. Arthur Rd., New Era; two counts of assault with a dangerous weapon and one count of reckless driving. Preliminary exam: Nov. 5 at 1 p.m.

Gale

– Nicholas James Gale, 33, of 121 S. Winter St., Hesperia; a felony of larceny $1,000-$20,000 and a misdemeanor of larceny $200-$1,000. Pretrial: Nov. 14 at 2 p.m.
