  • 7:10 a.m., suspicious situation, 300 block of Johnson Street, City of Hart.
  • 9:20 a.m., medical assist, 400 block of Church Street, City of Hart.
  • 4 p.m., vehicle crash, no injury, 30 block of State Street, City of Hart.

Friday, Oct. 11, 2024:

  • 9:08 p.m., alarm, 2000 block of Oceana Drive, City of Hart
  • 10:50 p.m., car/deer crash, Polk Road and Comfort Drive, City of Hart.

Saturday, Oct. 12, 2024:

  • 1:24 p.m., vehicle crash, no injury, Polk Road and US 31 Expressway, City of Hart.

Sunday, Oct. 13, 2024:

  • 8:05 a.m., suspicious situation, 300 block of Johnson Street, City of Hart.
  • 9:05 a.m., found property, 200 block of Lincoln Street, City of Hart.
  • 12:02 p.m., harassment complaint, 600 block of Water Street, City of Hart.
  • 12:21 p.m., criminal sexual conduct, City of Hart.
  • 1:36 p.m., mental health complaint, 400 block of Hart Street, City of Hart.
  • 2 p.m., harassment complaint, 400 block of Church Street, City of Hart.
  • 3:30 p.m., animal complaint, Wood and Dryden streets, City of Hart.

Monday, Oct. 14, 2024:

  • 4:16 p.m., disturbance, 4000 block of Polk Road, City of Hart.
  • 4:27 p.m., malicious destruction of property, 100 block of Lincoln Street, City of Hart.
  • 5:03 p.m., family trouble, 600 block of Water Street, City of Hart.
  • 7:31 p.m., a 36-year-old New Era man was arrested  on several outstanding warrants, State Street and Polk Road, City of Hart. He was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.
  • 9:17 p.m., family trouble, 200 block of Hart Street, City of Hart.

Tuesday, Oct. 15, 2024:

  • 2:56 p.m., suspicious situation, 800 block of Dryden Street, City of Hart.
  • 9:56 p.m., animal complaint, 1000 block of Industrial Park Drive, City of Hart.

Wednesday, Oct. 16, 2024:

  • 9 a.m., found property, 400 block of State Street, City of Hart.
  • 11 a.m., suspicious situation, 300 block of Johnson Street, City of Hart.
  • 3:20 p.m., vehicle crash, no injury, 300 block of Johnson Street, City of Hart.
  • 3:32 p.m., a 42-year-old Mears man was arrested on a parole violation, 800 block of Griswold Street, City of Hart. He was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.
  • 4:11 p.m., family trouble, 400 block of State Street, City of Hart.
  • 6:57 p.m., animal complaint, 500 block of Wood Street, City of Hart.
