Felonies
– Jason Alan Ennis, 38, of 5430 E. Arthur Rd., Hesperia; a felony of possession of burglary tools and a misdemeanor of trespassing. Preliminary exam: Oct. 15 at 1 p.m.
– Ryan Keith Nelson, 38, of 1783 N. Centerline Rd., White Cloud; third-offense operating while intoxicated and a misdemeanor of second-offense driving while license suspended (DWLS). Preliminary exam: Oct. 15 at 1 p.m. –Karolyn Kay Buozis, 64, of 520 Main St., Hart; a felony of third-offense operating while intoxicated. Preliminary exam: Oct. 15 at 1 p.m.
– Dustin Michael Jewett, 44, of 1675 W. Conrad Rd., Ludington; felonies of fourth-degree fleeing police and assaulting/resisting/obstructing police. Preliminary exam: Oct. 8 at 1 p.m.

- Arleigha Joanne-Workman Zimmer, 38, of 2413 Howden St., Muskegon Heights; open intoxicants. Pretrial: Nov. 7 at 11:15 a.m.
- Jennifer Mary Rupright, 43, of 9449 Walsh Rd., Montague; DWLS. Pretrial: Nov. 7 at 9 a.m.
- Michael Jerome Harris, 39, of 3124 Howden St., Muskegon; second-offense DWLS. Pretrial: Oct. 31 at 1:45 p.m.
- Heath James Thomas, 28, of 6640 Shelby Rd., Shelby; reckless us of a firearm. Pretrial: Oct. 24 at 9:15 a.m.
- David Michael Pearson, 52, of 6760 W. Deer Rd., Mears, assault and battery. Pretrial: Ot. 17 at 11 a.m.
- Pate Robert Denney II, 32, of 1915 W. Garfield Rd., New Era; DWLS. Pretrial: Oct. 24 at 9:45 a.m.
- Aimee Lee Hill, 46, of 2517 W. Yale Rd., New Era; operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: Nov. 14 at 1:15 p.m.
- James Patrick Edwards, 44, of 4213 W. 132nd Ave., Hesperia; second-offense DWLS, Pretrial: Nov. 7 at 11 a.m.
- Shatia Maria Gilmer, 33, of 3250 Kimball Ave., Toledo, Ohio; operating with a high blood alcohol content (.17 or higher). Pretrial: Oct. 24 at 11:15 a.m.
- David Alan Worth, 40, of 7538 W. Log Rd., second-offense operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: Oct. 24 at 9:30 a.m.
- Gregory Stewart Walkenshaw, 22, of 5648 N. 126th Ave., Hart; operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: Oct. 31 at 2 p.m.
- Steven Geno Rice III, 27, of 167 N. Pine St., Shelby; second-offense DWLS and stolen property. Pretrial: Oct. 31 at 1:15 p.m.
- Wendelin Lee Barnes, 62, of 4775 38 ½ St., Bloomingdale; operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: Oct. 24 at 9:15 a.m.
- Martin William Dukes, 75, of 7910 N. 66th Ave., Pentwater; domestic violence. Pretrial: Oct. 10 at 1 p.m.
- Pablo Lopez Valenzuela, 32, of 2948 M 20, New Era; larceny. Pretrial: Oct. 3.
