51st Circuit Court sentencings, published Oct. 3, 2024

HART — The following were sentenced recently in Oceana County’s 51st Circuit Court:

Gillespie

– Lisa Marie Gillespie, 45, of 409 Church St., Hart, pled guilty to malicious destruction of fire/police property and was sentenced Sept. 23 to 77 days in jail with credit for 77 days served; one year probation; and $518 in fines, costs and restitution. Charges of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police and disorderly person — drunk were dismissed.

Keller

– Katie Amber Keller, 38, of 3241 N. 72nd Ave., Hart, pled guilty Aug. 5 to methamphetamine possession and was sentenced Sept. 23 to two days in jail with credit for two days served; one year probation; and $598 in fines and costs.

Ingalls

– Troy Alan Ingalls, 52, of 3361 E. Garfield Rd., Hesperia, pled “ no contest” to breaking and entering a building with intent and was sentenced Sept. 23 to two days in jail with credit for two days served; 18 months probation; and $1,158 in fines, costs and restitution.

Ashbrook

– Aaron Richard Ashbrook, 19, of 124 Main St., Walkerville, pled guilty Aug. 5 to breaking and entering a building with intent and was sentenced Sept. 23 to 66 days in jail with credit for 66 days served; 18 months probation; and $598 in fines and costs.

Walters

– Amanda Lynn Walters, 45, of 2290 Lakeshore Dr., Bitely, pled guilty Sept. 30 to non-sufficient fund check $100-$500 and was sentenced to 76 days in jail with credit for 76 days served and $711,16 in fines, costs and restitution. Two counts of no account check were dismissed.
