HART — The following were arraigned recently in Oceana County’s 79th District Court:

Felonies

Hale

– Michael Ray Hale, 37, of 105 Woodlawn Crt., Hart; a felony of unlawful driving away of a vehicle/car theft and a misdemeanor of larceny. Pretrial: Oct. 31 at 2 p.m.

– Alexander James Jackson, 20, of 481 Post Rd., White Cloud; three counts of third-degree criminal sexual conduct (CSC). Preliminary exam: Oct. 8 at 1 p.m.

Vasquez

– Stephanie Vasquez, 32, (address unavailable); one count of delivery/manufacture of a controlled substance — narcotic or cocaine less than 50 grams and one count of  delivery/manufacture of a schedule 1-3 drug. Preliminary exam: Oct. 8 at 1 p.m.

Frivaldi-Vargas

– Quentin Frivaldi-Vargas, 25, of 123 E. Phil Ellena St., Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; two counts of delivery/manufacture of drugs. Preliminary exam: Oct. 8 at 1 p.m.

Tirado

– Christopher A. Tirado, 37, of 89 Lakeside Rd., Newburgh, NY; one count of delivery/manufacture of methamphetamine/ecstasy; one count of delivery/manufacture of narcotic/cocaine less than 50 grams; and one count of delivery/manufacture of a schedule 1-3 drug Preliminary exam: Oct. 8 at 1 p.m.

Richard

– Levi Alan Richard, 27, of 3591 S. Water Rd., New Era; second-degree home invasion. Preliminary exam: Oct. 8 at 1 p.m.

– Cody Morgan Denton, 29, of 365 E. Washington Rd., Pentwater; two counts of felonious assault and two counts of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police. Preliminary exam: Oct. 1 at 1 p.m.

 

 

 

Misdemeanors

– Alexander James Lopez, 34, of 189 N. 144th Ave., Hart; attempted assaulting/resisting/obstructing police, malicious destruction of property and trespassing. Pretrial: Oct. 24 at 11 a.m.

– Landon Milo Hage, 18, of 3457 Hillcrest Rd., Hudsonville; operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: Oct. 24 at 9 a.m.

– Terry Lee Lennox, 65, of 3058 W. Tahoe Trl., New Era;  driving while license suspended (DWLS). Competency exam: Sept. 19 at 10 a.m.

– Mark Joseph LaFleche, 52, of 5120 E. Hightower Rd., Hesperia; DWLS and open intoxicants. Pretrial: Oct. 10 at 11:30 a.m.

– Jacinto Trevino, Jr., 72, of 406 Runner St., Shelby; operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: Sept. 19 at 2 p.m.

– Patrick Daniel VanHaften, 51, of 423 Breens Court SW, Grand Rapids; failure to stop for an accident. Pretrial: Sept. 26 at 11:30 a.m.

– Brandon Michael Bigelow, 21, of 2465 James Ave., Muskegon; DWLS. Pretrial: Oct. 10 at 10:25 a.m.

– Miguel Angel Guerrero, 43, of 120 N. Michigan Ave., Shelby; open intoxicants. Pretrial: Oct. 31 at 1:45 p.m.

– Morgan James Pearson, 27, of 160 Menes St., Walkerville; second-offense DWLS. Pretrial: Oct. 10 at 11 a.m.

– Heidi Sue-Vannett Kludy, 42, of 4305 S. 124th Ave., Shelby; DWLS. Pretrial: Oct. 10 at 9:45 a.m.
