79th District Court sentences, posted Sept. 10, 2024

HART — The following were sentenced recently in Oceana County’s 79th District Court:

Thomas Cody Frye, 33, of 62 N. Cook St., Hesperia, pleaded guilty Sept. 1 to giving false info to a police officer and was sentenced to 22 days in jail with credit for 22 days served and $125 in fines and costs.

Travis James Bolles, 35, of 4030 Lupin Ave., Fremont, pleaded guilty July 16 to operating while intoxicated and was sentenced Aug. 27 to five days in jail with credit for three days served; one year probation; Alcohol Highway Safety Education; Victim Impact Panel; and $1,155 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State (SOS).

Joshua Daniel-Riggs Easton, 44, of 6585 Tyler Rd., Mears, pleaded guilty Sept. 3 to driving while license suspended and was sentenced to $300 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.

Dismissal

Dylan James Plotts, 28, of 2648 S. Getty St., Norton Shores, one count of operating while intoxicated was dismissed Aug. 23.
