HART — The following were arraigned recently in Oceana County’s 79th District Court:

Felonies

Almanaseer

– Khattab Almanaseer, 28, of 9312 Callero Dr., Niles, Illinois; delivery/manufacture methamphetamine/ecstasy; delivery/manufacture narcotic or cocaine less than 50 grams and and delivery/manufacture of a schedule 1-3 drug. Competency hearing: Sept. 19 at 9:20 a.m.

Hashim

– Omar Mohammed Hashim, 25, of 8932 Nile Center Grove, Skokie, Illinois, delivery/manufacture methamphetamine/ecstasy; delivery/manufacture narcotic or cocaine less than 50 grams and and delivery/manufacture of a schedule 1-3 drug. Preliminary exam: Oct. 1 at 1 p.m.

McCallum

– Dean Comrade McCallum, 44, of 5087 Holton Rd., Holton; a felony of methamphetamine possession and a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated (OWI). Preliminary exam: Sept. 24 at 1 p.m.

Gaber

– Angelina Marie Gaber, 19, of 196 S. Quarterline, Scottville; a felony of assault with a dangerous weapon and misdemeanors of domestic violence and reckless driving. Preliminary exam: Sept. 24 at 1 p.m.

Escamilla

– Benito Escamilla, Jr., 54, of 3241 N. 72nd Ave., Hart; a felony of methamphetamine possession and a misdemeanor of larceny less than $200. Preliminary exam: Sept. 24 at 1 p.m.

Baker

– Troy Frederick Baker, 43, of 57 W. 10th St., Holland; a felony of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police and misdemeanors of indecent exposure and assault and battery. Preliminary exam: Sept. 24 at 1 p.m.

Colon

– Gilberto Miguel Colon, 28, of 3461 N. 72nd Ave., Hart; a felony of methamphetamine possession and a misdemeanor of malicious destruction of property. Preliminary exam: Sept. 24 at 1 p.m.

Jewell

– Star Ann Jewell, 22, of 265 E. Tyler Rd., Hart; two counts of unlawful use of a motor vehicle. Preliminary exam: Sept. 17 at 1 p.m.

Suchowian

– Elizabeth Caroline Suchowian, 22, of 8222 E. Fish Rd., Hesperia; methamphetamine possession. Preliminary exam: Sept. 17 at 1 p.m.

Herndon

– Michael Reece Herndon, 42, of 3176 US 31, Scottville; a felony of assault with intent to do great bodily harm less murder and a misdemeanor of assault and battery. Preliminary exam: Sept. 17 at 1 p.m.

England

– Thomas Lee England, 34, of 2325 S. 64th Ave., Shelby; malicious destruction of property $1,000-$20,000. Preliminary exam: Sept. 17 at 1 p.m.

  • Mariah Jean Trevino, 26, of 4127 W. Hayes Rd., Shelby; operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: Sept. 26 at 11:15 a.m.
  • Tyler Lee Riggs, 21, of 317 E. Polk Rd., Hart; operating with a high blood alcohol content (BAC) — .17 or more. Pretrial: Sept. 26 at 11:15 a.m.
  • Tyler Ray Billings, of 4239 E. Yonker Rd., Hesperia; second-offense operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: Sept. 26 at 9 a.m.
  • Raelynn Marie Dykman, 43, of 3940 N. Green Ave., Hesperia; open intoxicants and driving while license suspended (DWLS). Pretrial: Oct. 10 at 11:15 a.m.
  • Christopher James Hall, 44, of 9107 Maple st., Muskegon; second-offense DWLS. Pretrial: Oct. 10 at 9 a.m.
  • Isaac Robert Gill, 35, of 360 W. Main St., Walkerville; second-offense DWLS. Pretrial: Oct. 10 at 9:30 a.m.
  • Joshua Daniel-Riggs Easton, 44, of 6585 Tyler Rd., Mears; second-offense DWLS. Pretrial: Oct. 3 at 1:45 p.m.
  • Travis Michael Duke, 40, of 1811 70th Ave., Evart, Michigan; DWLS. Pretrial: Oct. 3 at 1:30 p.m.
  • Theodore Alan Smith, 51, of 2132 N. 56th Ave., Mears; failure to report accident to fixtures. Pretrial: Oct. 3 at 1:15 p.m.
  • Jacinto Trevino, Jr., 72, of 406 Runner St., Shelby; open intoxicants. Pretrial: Sept. 19 at 2 p.m.
  • Krista Kay Rudduck, 38, of 4741 N. 180th Ave., Walkerville; open intoxicants. Pretrial: Sept. 19 at 1:15 p.m.
  • Jacob Mathew Ustick, 31, of 511 Wood St., Hart; DWLS. Preliminary exam: Sept. 24 at 11 a.m.
  • Amelia Marie Larson, 20, of 569 S. Harvey St., Shelby; assault and battery. Preliminary exam: Sept. 19 at 2 p.m.
  • Travis Michael Duke, 40, of 1811 70th Ave., Evart; DWLS. Preliminary exam: Sept. 12 at 1:30 p.m.
  • Cody James Flowers, 31, of 1001 N. 104th Ave., Hart; illegal entry. Pretrial: Oct. 10 at 10 a.m.
