The following is recent activity of the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office:

Wednesday, Sept. 4, 2024:

• 11:15 a.m., a 41-year-old Muskegon man was arrested for home invasion, and a 52-year-old Montague man was arrested on an outstanding warrant, 3900 block of West Skeels Road, Grant Township. They were lodged in the Oceana County Jail.
• 4:05 p.m., a 44-year-old Hesperia man was arrested for methamphetamine possession and operating without insurance, North Oceana Drive near Harrison Road, Hart Township. He was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.
• 11:15 p.m., a charge of methamphetamine possession is pending lab analysis of the substance for a 36-year-old Hesperia woman, Maple Avenue near Emma Street, Village of Hesperia.

Thursday, Sept. 5, 2024:

• 12:06 a.m., a 19-year-old Scottville woman was arrested for aggravated assault, 2700 block of Meadowbrook Lane, Hart Township. The victim — a 25-year-old Wyoming, Michigan man — was arrested on an outstanding warrant. They were lodged in the Oceana County Jail.

Friday, Sept. 6, 2024:

• 1:16 a.m., a charge of heroin possession is pending lab analysis of the substance for a 43-year-old Twin Lake man, 200 block of State Street, City of Hart.
