HART — The following were arraigned recently in Oceana County’s 79th District Court:

Felonies

Rodriguez-Flores

– Ricardo Daniel Rodriguez-Flores, 37, 7023 88th Ave., Rothbury; one count of first-degree criminal sexual conduct — victim under age 13 and one count of third-degree CSC — victim aged 13-15. Preliminary exam: Sept. 10 at 1 p.m.

Purdy

– Chad Wesley Purdy, 39, of 2912 W. 1 Mile Rd., White Cloud; one felony count of analogues possession and one misdemeanor count of operating while intoxicated. Preliminary exam: Sept. 10 at 1 p.m.

Zynda

– Avior Matthew Zynda, 33, of 838 N. Ridgewood, Los Angeles; one count of delivery/manufacture of methamphetamine/ecstasy, one count of delivery/manufacture of methamphetamine and one count delivery/manufacture of a schedule 1-3 drug. Preliminary exam: Sept. 10 at 1 p.m.

Hutchinson

– Timothy Clayton Hutchinson, 32, of 1149 Sandcreek Trl., Rothbury; one felony count of third-degree child abuse and one misdemeanor count of fourth-degree child abuse. Preliminary exam: Sept. 17 at 1 p.m.

Misdemeanors

• Eric James Cutler, 40, of 2821 E. Meisenheimer Rd., Custer; operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: Sept. 26 at 9:15 a.m.
• Maciej B. Jarosz, 37, of 6741 W. 113th St., Fort Worth, Texas; operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: Sept. 19 at 9:30 a.m.
• James Richard Mazzole, 51, of 5840 S. Taylor Rd., Branch; driving while license suspended (DWL). Pretrial: Sept. 26 at 11 a.m.
• Joseph Arthur Vink, 55, of 5555 Ronda Dr., Fremont; DWLS. Pretrial: Sept. 5 at 4:15 p.m.
• William James Reichle, 52, of 985 N. Luce Ave., White Cloud; second-offense DWLS. Pretrial: Sept. 19 at 1 p.m.
• James Casio Estrada, 34, of 9152 Maple St., Hesperia; DWLS. Pretrial: Sept. 12 at 11:30 a.m.
• Dominique Niccolas Hampton, 25, of 3224 E. Foster St., Shelby; DWLS and second-offense DWLS. Pretrial: Sept. 19 a t 9:15 a.m.
• Patrick Allen Amstutz, 57, of 3387 Green St., Shelby; second-offense DWLS. Pretrial: Sept. 19 at 1:15 p.m.
