Monday, Aug. 12, 2024:
- 5:47 p.m., larceny of a power tools, Pines Mobile Home Park, 72nd Avenue, Hart Township.
Tuesday, Aug. 13, 2024:
- 4:38 p.m., breaking and entering, 8500 block of East Harrison Road, Leavitt Township.
Wednesday, Aug. 14, 2024:
- 3:29 a.m., a 37-year-old Worth, Illinois man was arrested for operating while intoxicated, 8600 West Silver Lake Road, Golden Township. He was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.
Friday, Aug. 16, 2024:
- 11:45 .m., malicious destruction of property, Winter Street, Village of Hesperia. The rear window of a Subaru Forester was smashed out with a rock, causing $1,000 in damages. The case is being turned over to the Oceana County Prosecutor’s Office.
- 2:13 p.m., malicious destruction of property, 9500 Oak Lane Drive, Grant Township. The rear window of a 2002 Chrysler was broken out. The case is under investigation.
- 10:06 p.m., a 40-year-old Custer man was arrested for operating while intoxicated, 144th Avenue near Fox Road, Elbridge Township. A charge of drug possession is pending lab results of the substance. He was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.
Saturday, Aug. 17, 2024:
- 7:03 a.m., a 50-year-old Mears man was cited for driving while license suspended, Wood Street near Union Street, City of Hart.
- 11 p.m., a 44-year-old Mears man was cited for driving while license revoked, 56th Avenue, Golden Township.
Sunday, Aug. 18, 2024:
- 2:15 a.m., a 72-year-old Twin Lake man was cited for driving while license suspended and open intoxicants, Skeels Road, Greenwood Township.
- 6:44 p.m., larceny of three bicycles, which were recovered, 200 block of Hawley Street, Village of Hesperia. The case is being turned over to the Oceana County Prosecutor’s Office.
