HART — The following were arraigned recently in Oceana County’s 79th District Court:

Felonies

Pitre

– Shawn Donald Pitre, 18, of 8444 S. James Rd., Baldwin; fleeing and eluding, operating without insurance, operating without a license; and driving an unregistered vehicle. Preliminary exam: Aug. 27 at 1 p.m.

Wishman

– Johnathon Loren Wishman, 37, of 9485 Chase Rd., Montague; second-degree home invasion and assault and battery. Preliminary exam: Aug. 27 at 1 p.m.

Smith

– Robert Joe Smith II, 40, of 1423 W. Arthur Rd., New Era; carrying a concealed weapon and breaking and entering without owner’s permission. Probation violation hearing: Aug. 20 at 3:45 p.m.

Cano

– Juan Santana Cano, 52, of 1954 W. Garfield Rd., New Era; three counts of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police. Preliminary exam: Aug. 27 at 1 p.m.

Escamilla

– Benito Escamilla, 54, of 3241 N. 72nd Ave., Hart; larceny, two counts of receiving and concealing stolen property and lying to a police officer. Preliminary exam: Sept. 17 at 1 p.m.

Hammond

– William Andrew Hammond, 42, of 1107 Whittier Place, Indianapolis, Indiana; malicious destruction of police property, fleeing and eluding police and assaulting/resisting/obstructing police. Preliminary exam: Aug. 20 at 1 p.m.

 

Misdemeanors

– Randall Allen Wood, 36, of 5678 Cherokee Bend, New Era; operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: Aug. 22 at 1 p.m.

– Jerry Lee Brown, 59, of 137 W. Wilke Rd., Rothbury; malicious use of a telephone to threaten. Pretrial: Aug. 15 at 11:45 a.m.

– Jose Manuel Rodriguez, Jr., 19, of 7072 N. 120th Ave., Hart; operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: Sept. 12 at 9:15 a.m.

– Deisy Oneida Herebia, 41 of 251 Aspen Dr., Shelby; domestic violence. Pretrial: Aug. 29 at 2:45 p.m.

– Derrick Lee Bevans-Sniff, 22, of 2315 Skyline St., Muskegon; operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: Sept. 12 at 9 a.m.

– Rick Albert King, 30, of 3752 W. VanBuren Rd., Hart; breaking and entering a vehicle to steal property. Pretrial: Aug. 29 at 9:30 a.m. King also faces a count of domestic violence in a separate matter.

– Alison Elizabeth Josephson, 32, of 3506 Skeels Rd., Montague; retail fraud. Pretrial: Aug. 22 at 3 p.m.

– Craig Steven Anderz, Jr., 36, of 3039 McDermott St., Norton Shores; failure to report an accident. Pretrial: Aug. 29 at 11:15 a.m. 

– Armando Escobedo III, 19, of 5268 S. 144th Ave., Hesperia; operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: Sept. 5 at 9:15 a.m.

– Lorie Ann Hebblewhite, 60, of 360 N. 3rd Ave., Pentwater; operating with a blood alcohol content of .17 or more and open intoxicants. Pretrial: Aug. 29 at 9:15 a.m. 

– Jeremy Joseph Scheel, 47, of 5030 Automobile Rd., Muskegon; operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: Aug. 29 at 1:30 p.m. 

– David Keith Picklesimer, 51, of 4377 S. 184th Ave., Hesperia; operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: Aug. 29 at 1 p.m. 

– Tyrone Kendall, 61, of 2740 8th St., Muskegon Heights; operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: Aug. 29 at 1:15 p.m. 

– Roger Lee Croff, 55, of 163 N, Michigan Ave., Shelby; operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: Aug. 22 at 3:45 p.m. 

– Colton John Ohrling, 22, of 426 Comstock Ave., Hesperia; operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: Aug. 22 at 4 p.m. 

– Daniel Lee DeHoff, 34, of 11423 US Highway 31, Montague; retail fraud. Pretrial: Aug. 22 at 1:45 p.m.

– Cheautenae Anjelique Anderson, 28, of 5718 Okemos Trl., New Era; domestic violence. Pretrial: Aug. 15.

– Brandon Scott Thrailkill, 31, of 1101 Madison St., Ludington; pleaded guilty Aug. 13 to larceny less than $200.
