HART — The following were sentenced recently in Oceana County’s 79th District Court:
- Christine Louise O’Connell, 61, of 796 McIntosh Ln., Muskegon, pleaded guilty July 2 to operating while intoxicated and was sentenced to two days in jail with credit for two days served; six months probation; and $1,1155 in fines and costs. Alcohol Highway Safety Education and Victim Impact Panel already completed. Conviction reportable to SOS.
- Antonio Rocha, 52, of 6969 N. 126th Ave., Hart, pleaded guilty July 9 to driving while license suspended (DWLS) and was sentenced to $450 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State (SOS).
- Leslie A. Ryan, 74, of 383 Hawthorne Blvd., Glen Ellyn, Illinois, pleaded guilty July 2 to failure to report an accident and was sentenced to a $75 fine. Charges of failure to stop after a collision and failure to stop for a property damage accident were dismissed.
- Jaime Regalado, 52, of 51 N. Michigan Ave., Shelby, pleaded guilty July 2 to DWLS and was sentenced to $450 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS. One count of furnishing false information to a police officer was dismissed.
- Roger Lewis Simkins, 79, of 1001 N. 104th Ave., Hart, pleaded guilty June 24 to illegal entry and was sentenced to $400 in fines and costs.
- Elijah Luke Powers, 19, of 7053 N. Hilltop Ct., Pentwater, pleaded guilty June 21 to disorderly person — drunk and was sentenced to $400 in fines and costs.
- Derrick Wayne McGahan, 34, of 1923 Franklin St., Muskegon, pleaded guilty June 21 to failure to report an accident and was sentenced to $475 in fines and costs.
- Troy Thomas Brossia, 46, of Jerry City, Ohio (street address unavailable), pleaded guilty July 2 to malicious destruction of property and was sentenced to $250 in fines and costs. Restitution is reserved.
