HART — The following were arraigned recently in Oceana County’s 79th District Court:
Felonies
– Noel Trevino, 44, of 3051 W. Baker Rd., Shelby; three counts of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police. Preliminary exam: July 30 at 1 p.m.
– Tristan Daniel Whaley, 23, of 1619 Tuttle Ave., Datton, Ohio; felonious assault and felony firearm. Preliminary exam: July 30 at 1 p.m.
– Zacharia Paul Glenn, 19, of 8495 W. 1 Mile Rd., Hesperia; a felony of fleeing and eluding police and misdemeanors of operating without insurance and driving an unregistered vehicle. Preliminary exam: July 30 at 1 p.m.
– Frank Joseph Fotis, 30, of 8073 Holton Rd., Holton; fleeing and eluding police. Preliminary exam: July 23 at 1 p.m.
– Monty William Saunders, Jr., 18, of 212 Melendy St., Ludington; fleeing and eluding police and a misdemeanor of operating an ORV on a roadway. Preliminary exam: July 30 at 1 p.m.
– Christopher James Gebhart, 49, of 560 N. 52nd Ave., Mears; fleeing and eluding police and a misdemeanor of operating an ORV on a roadway. Preliminary exam: July 30 at 1 p.m.
– Matthew Douglas Hunt, 25, of 19100 33 Mile Rd., Armada, Michigan; third-offense operating while intoxicated and driving while license suspended (DWLS). Preliminary exam: July 30 at 1 p.m.
– William Paul Flood, 58, of 2385 W. Fillmore Rd., Hart; fleeing and eluding police and a misdemeanor of operating an ORV on a roadway. Preliminary exam: July 23 at 1 p.m.
– Shane Mitchell Pollard, 40, of 75 E. 4th St., Shelby; assaulting/resisting/obstructing police. Preliminary exam: July 23 at 1 p.m.
– Robert Ambrose Macey, 37, of 3120 Brookhill St, La Crescenta, California; felonious assault, felony firearm and brandishing a firearm in public. Preliminary exam: July 30 at 1 p.m.
– Danielle Marie Johnson, 31, of 1271 Spring St., Muskegon; two counts of forgery and one count of uttering and publishing. Case bound over to 51st Circuit Court.
– Jessica Gail Hall, 33 of 3671 S. 136h Ave., Hesperia; two counts of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police. Case bound over to 51st Circuit Court.
– Quinten Renardo Latimer, 34, of 1196 E. Brown Park Dr., Idelwild; three counts of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police. Preliminary exam: Aug. 6 at 1 p.m. (Mugshot unavailable)

– Colton Ellis Page, 33, of 2518 Renae Dr., Muskegon; operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: Aug. 8 at 1 p.m.
– Laverne Dale Hofmann, 65, of 150 N. 192nd Ave., Hesperia; operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: Aug. 1 at 9 a.m.
