HART — The Oceana County GOP will host a public forum for the three candidates running for Oceana County probate judge Thursday, July 25, from 7-8:30 p.m. at the Hart Community Center, at 407 S. State St.
Candidates running for probate judge include (listed alphabetically): Eric Fox, Ryan Good and Anna Rapa.
The new judge will take over for Oceana County Probate Judge Bradley Lambrix who is retiring at the end of the year. The new probate judge will be elected to a six-year non-partisan term, taking office Jan. 1, 2025.
“We will have someone to discuss the duties and responsibilities of probate judge and a chance for people to ask questions to prepare for the August primary and November elections,” said Oceana County GOP Chair Cindy Fout.
