HART — The following were recently arraigned on felony charges in Oceana County’s 79th District Court:
Lopez
– Tony Jerome Lopez, 49, of 1588 E. Hammett Rd., Hart; uttering and publishing. Preliminary exam: July 23 at 1 p.m.
Cenzer
– Cameron Thomas Cenzer, 27, of 14120 Arnold, Redford, Michigan; two felony counts of drug possession — narcotic or cocaine less than 25 grams and one misdemeanor count of operating while intoxicated. Preliminary exam: July 16 at 1 p.m.
Edwards
– Bobby Lee-Burns Edwards, 35 of 8879 20th Ave., Twin Lake; assaulting/resisting/obstructing police and receiving and concealing a stolen vehicle. Preliminary exam: Aug. 6 at 1 p.m.
Macey
– Robert Ambrose Macey, 37, of 3120 Brookhill St., La Crescenta, California, felonious assault and felony firearms. Preliminary exam: July 16 at 1 p.m.
Woodard
– Mark Royce Woodard, 56, of 68 Gary St., San Francisco, California; methamphetamine possession, delivery/manufacture of a schedule 1-3 drug and assaulting/resisting/obstructing police. Preliminary exam: July 9 at 1 p.m.
Bracy
– Kevin Bracy, Jr., 32, of 6300 W. Farmington Rd., Peoria, Illinois; possession of a narcotic/cocaine less than 25 grams and a misdemeanor of trespassing. Preliminary exam: July 16 at 1 p.m.
Irey
– Paul Michael Irey, 45, of 608 Woodlawn St., Hart; assault with intent to commit great bodily harm less than murder. Preliminary exam: July 16 at 1 p.m.
Corey
– Manuel Lawrence Corey IV, 31, of 80 S. Michigan Ave., Shelby; unlawful use of a motor vehicle and a misdemeanor of domestic violence. Preliminary exam: July 9 at 1 p.m.
Murray
– Jordan Timothy Murray, 34, of 5239 Oakview Dr., Schwartz Creek, Michigan; delivery/manufacture of schedule 1-3 drug, assaulting/resisting/obstructing police and a misdemeanor of trespassing. Preliminary exam: July 9 at 1 p.m.
