HART — The following were arraigned recently in Oceana County’s 79th District Court:

Felonies

Horne

– James Patric Horne, 47, of 2980 Pleasant Trl., Southfield, Michigan; a felony of assault with intent to create bodily harm less than murder and a misdemeanor of operating while intoxicated. Preliminary exam: July 9 at 1 p.m.

Boyette

– Jeffrey Allen Boyette, 37, of 64 s. Michigan Ave., Shelby; breaking and entering a building. Preliminary exam: July 2 at 1 p.m. 

Trotter

– Jontarius Edrickhius Trotter, 25, of 104 Wood St., Hart; second-degree home invasion. Preliminary exam: July 2 at 1 p.m.

Oliver

– Donald Lawrence Oliver, 49, of 6550 W. 104th Ave., Fremont; controlled substance possession. Preliminary exam: July 2 at 1 p.m.

Lange

– Stephen Allen Lange, 51, of 3085 W. Baker Rd., Shelby; controlled substance possession and felony firearms — possession by a felon. Preliminary exam: July 2 at 1 p.m.

Gillespie

– Lisa Marie Gillespie, 45, of 409 E. Church St., Hart; felonies of malicious destruction of police/fire property and assaulting/resisting/obstructing police and a misdemeanor of disorderly person — drunk. Preliminary exam: July 2 at 1 p.m.

Butler

– Sean Michael Butler, 36, of 2287 Lost Bottoms Lane, Navarre, Florida; one count of delivery/manufacture of methamphetamine and one one count of delivery/manufacture of cocaine less than 50 grams. Preliminary exam: June 25 at 1 p.m.

Trevino

– Noel Trevino, 44, of 330 S. Foster St., Shelby; assaulting/resisting/obstructing police. Preliminary exam: June 25 at 1 p.m.

Ashbrook

– Aaron Richard Ashbrook, 19 of 124 Main St., Walkerville; breaking and entering a building with intent. Preliminary exam: June 25 at 1 p.m.

 

 

 

Misdemeanors

– Tabitha June Gager, 43, of 2725 E. Forrest St., Rothbury; domestic violence. Pretrial: July 11 at 1 p.m.

– Kenneth Edward Field, 32, of 2 W. Main St., Hart; two counts of retail fraud. Pretrial conference: June 27 at 1:45 p.m.

– Brenda Sue Russell, 55, of 2053 E. Union St., Shelby; domestic violence. Pretrial: July 11 at 11:15 a.m.

– Joseph Lee Derby, 56, of 2123 100th Ave., Hart; domestic violence. Pretrial: June 27 at 2 p.m.

– Robert Scott Poort, 62, of 320 N. Michigan Ave., Shelby; operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: July 18 at 9:30 a.m.
