HART — The following were sentenced recently in Oceana County’s 79th District Court:
Charles Jacob Cameron, 57, of 22812 Doremus St., St. Clair Shores, Michigan, pleaded guilty May 28 to disturbing the peace and was sentenced to three months probation and $200 in fines and costs.
Paul Madison Phillips, 39, of 4570 N. 176th Ave., Walkerville, pleaded guilty May 21 to larceny $200-$1,000 and was sentenced to 85 days suspended jail with credit for 85 days served and $125 in fines and costs.
Saul Silva, 45, of 8503 Robinhood Dr., Montague, pleaded guilty May 21 to second-offense domestic violence and was sentenced to four days suspended jail with credit for four days served; one year probation; no contact with the victim; no alcohol/drugs; must submit to random preliminary breath tests (PBTs) and drug tests; must complete any recommended counseling; and $685 in fines and costs. Restitution is reserved for 30 days.
Jeremiah Jason Randell, 39, of 9456 E. Lane Dr., Montague, pleaded guilty May 21 to operating while intoxicated and was sentenced to 28 days suspended jail with credit for 28 days served; must complete any recommended counseling; and $615 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State (SOS).
Connor Thomas Timinski, 27, of 716 N. James St., Ludington, pleaded guilty May 21 to operating while intoxicated and was sentenced to five days in jail with credit for one day served; one year probation; must serve four days in jail or complete Victim Impact Weekend within probationary period; and $1,155 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.
James Robert Carmean, 31, of 179 W. Columbia, Muskegon Heights, pleaded guilty May 28 to disturbing the peace and was sentenced to $500 in fines and costs. One count of domestic violence was dismissed.
Lisa Marie Gillespie, 45, of 409 E. Church St., Hart, pleaded “no contest” May 15 to illegal entry and was sentenced to 30 days in jail with credit for 30 days served; six months probation; no alcohol; subject to random drug tests; and $125 in fines and costs.
Isaiah Robert Klop, 26, pleaded guilty April 9 to second-offense operating while impaired and was sentenced May 7 to 10 days in jail with credit for two days served; one year probation; Alcohol Highway Safety Education; Victim Impact Panel; and $1,155 in fines and costs.
