HART — The following were arraigned recently in Oceana County’s 79th District Court on felony charges:
Erick Roth
– Erick John Roth, 45, of 2660 E. Loop Rd., Hesperia; a felony of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police and misdemeanors of indecent exposure and disorderly person — drunk. Preliminary exam: June 11 at 1 p.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
Langley
– Joseph Dayle Langley, 24, of 1185 E. Wildwood Trl., Rothbury; felonious assault and a misdemeanor of brandishing a firearm in public. Preliminary exam: June 18 at 1 p.m. Bail: $750/10 percent.
Zertuche
– Alberto Fontaine Zertuche, 42, of 3752 W. Van Buren Rd., Hart; two counts of methamphetamine possession. Preliminary exam: June 11 at 1 p.m. Bail: $1,000/cash/surety/10 percent.
Boyette
– Jeffrey Allen Boyette, 37, of 64 S. Michigan Ave., Shelby; breaking and entering a building with intent. Preliminary exam: June 11 at 1 p.m. Bail: $150/10 percent.
Duvall
– Logan Nathaniel Duvall, 24, of 75 4th St., Shelby; two counts of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police and one count of unlawfully driving away an automobile/car theft. Preliminary exam: June 11 at 1 p.m. Bail: $350/10 percent.
Ingalls
– Troy Alan Ingalls, 52, of 3361 E. Garfield Rd., Hesperia; breaking and entering a building with intent. Preliminary exam: June 11 at 1 p.m. Bail: $100/10 percent.
Mariscal
– Rene Mariscal, 61, of 518 Breezewood Dr., Hart; one count of larceny $1,000-$20,000 and two counts of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police. Preliminary exam: June 11 at 1 p.m. Bail: $7,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
Christmann
– Stephanie Marie Christmann, 51, of 614 S. State St., Hart; two counts of methamphetamine possession and one count of harboring a felon. Preliminary exam: June 4 at 1 p.m. Bail: $100/10 percent.
Dean
– Linsey Jo Dean, 37, 2619 E. Van Buren Rd., Walkerville; methamphetamine possession. Preliminary exam: June 4 at 1 p.m. Bail: $100/10 percent.
