79th District Court arraignments

HART — The following were arraigned recently in Oceana County’s 79th District Court:

Felonies

Sherbak

– Emma Elizabeth Sherbak, 37, of 316 Hendrie Blvd., Royal Oak, Michigan; felonies of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police and carrying a concealed weapon and misdemeanors of firearms possession under the influence and operating while intoxicated. Preliminary exam: May 28 at 1 p.m. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent. 

Allen

– Dana Wayne Allen, 44, of 5494 S. 168th Ave., Hesperia; assault with intent to do great bodily harm less than murder. Preliminary exam: May 21 at 1 p.m. Bail: $15,000/surety. 

Heckman

– Sean Christopher Heckman, 43, of 78 N. State St., Shelby; assault with intent to do great bodily harm less than murder. Preliminary exam: May 21 at 1 p.m. Bail: $10,000/surety. 

Knox

– Sharod Deval-Earl Knox, 32, of 2208 Temple St., Muskegon; three counts of weapons/firearms larceny and one count of larceny in a building. Preliminary exam: June 11 at 1 p.m. Bail: $5,000/surety. 

Flowers

– Cody James Flowers, 31, of 1001 N. 104th Ave., Hart; a felony of carrying a concealed weapon and a misdemeanor of making a false police report. Preliminary exam: May 28 at 1 p.m. Bail: $75,000/cash/surety. 

Escamilla

– Doris Liz Escamilla, 46, of 2537 Tyler Rd., Hart; carrying a concealed weapon. Preliminary exam: May 28 at 1 p.m. Bail: $1,000/cash/surety/10 percent. 

Clover

– Robert Wayne Clover, 54, of 474 Sunshine Lane, Muskegon; embezzlement $1,000-$20,000. Case bound over to 51st Circuit Court. Bail: $100.

Beattie

– Shawn Ryan Beattie, 37, of 8545 Roosevelt Rd., Holton; controlled substance possession — methamphetamine. Case bound over to 51st Circuit Court. Bail: $100.

Misdemeanors

• Bryan Alan Mills, 39, of 5301 S. 168th Ave., Hesperia; second-offense domestic violence. Pretrial: May 23 at 11:45 a.m. Bail: $750/10 percent.
• Phillip John Malburg, 41, of 173 N. Ellery St., Pentwater; domestic violence. Pretrial: May 23 at 10 a.m. Bail: $250/10 percent.
• Kaycie Jordan Maier, 28, of 958 Marie St., Hesperia; assault and battery. Pretrial: June 13 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
• John Perry Harford, 31, of 615 N. Griswold St., Hart; harboring misdemeanants. Pretrial: June 13 at 3:30 p.m. Bail: $25/cash.
• Matthew Ralph Goodwin, of 5840 S. Taylor Rd., Branch; driving while license suspended (DWLS). Pretrial: June 6 at 9:15 a.m. Bail: $1,000/personal recognizance (PR).
• Benito Escamilla, Jr., 54, of 3241 N. 72nd Ave., Hart; DWLS and domestic violence. Pretrial: June 13 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $10/cash.
• James Stephen Louchart, Jr., 35, of 6970 McKinley Rd., Holton; operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: June 20 at 11 a.m. Bail: $750/cash.
• Travis James Bolles, 35, of 4030 Lupin Ave., Fremont; operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: June 20 at 9 a.m. Bail: $750/cash.
• Enrique Jesus Garza, 27, of 64 S. Michigan Ave., Shelby; DWLS. Pretrial: May 23 at 2 p.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.
• Jeffrey Wayne Shafer, 49, of 5823 N. 192nd Ave., Walkerville; DWLS. Pretrial: June 6 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.
• Robbie Lee Bozeman, 63, of 35 Sessions Rd., Shelby; failure to stop for a property damage accident and DWLS. Pretrial: May 23 at 2:30 p.m. Bail:$1,000/PR.
• Kristopher James Kubany, 43, of 5474 W. Hammett Rd., Pentwater; forest fires — no burning permit. Pretrial: May 23 at 2:45 p.m. Bail:$1,000/PR.
• Antonio Rocha, 51, of 6969 N. 126th Ave., Hart; DWLS. Pretrial: June 13 at 2:15 p.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.
• William James Reichle, 52, of 985 N. Luce Ave., White Cloud; second-offense DWLS. Pretrial: May 30 at 2 p.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.
• Ryan Edward Roberts, 39, of 1086 E. Tyler Rd., Hart; DWLS. Pretrial: May 23 at 9:15 a.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.
• Juan Gutierrez-Darios, 47, of 6782 W. Beech St., Ludington; malicious destruction of property. Pretrial: May 16 at 11 a.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.
• Alison Elizabeth Josephson, 32, of 3056 Skeels Rd., Montague; second-degree retail fraud. Pretrial: May 16 at 2:30 p.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.
• Tina Marie Hitsman, 54, of 3560 S. 204th Ave., Hesperia; second-offense DWLS. Pretrial: May 30 at 1 p.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.
• Theresa Lynn Dennis, 44, of 138 Vernon, Muskegon; DWLS. Pretrial: May 23 at 9 a.m. (Bond not listed)
