- 11:39 a.m., (Oceana County Sheriff’s Office), larceny of an Oceana County Road Commission “bump” sign valued at $390, East Roosevelt Road near 196th Avenue, Greenwood Township.
- 9:10 p.m., (OCSO), a 54-year-old Hart man was arrested for domestic violence, 3200 block of North 72nd Avenue, Hart Township.
Tuesday, May 7, 2024:
- 8:52 a.m., (OCSO), methamphetamine possession, 300 block of West Main Street, Village of Walkerville.
- 12:04 p.m., (OCSO), a 31-year-old Hart man was arrested for carrying a concealed weapon and violating a personal protection, 1900 block of North 100th Hart Township. A charge of making a false report of a medical emergency is pending.
Wednesday, May 8, 2024:
- 7:26 a.m., (OCSO), malicious destruction of property, 2100 block of West Webster Road, Grant Township. A lawn was damaged.
- 12:57 p.m., (OCSO), larceny of a utility trailer, 3600 block of South 72nd Avenue, Shelby Township. The trailer is valued at $4,000.
- 5:21 p.m., (OCSO), domestic violence, 2200 block of South 186th Avenue, Newfield Township.
Thursday, May 9, 2024:
- 3:25 p.m., (Michigan State Police), a 30-year-old Hart man was arrested on a fugitive warrant, Dollar General, City of Hart.
Friday, May 10, 2024:
- 2:36 p.m., (OCSO), larceny of two fiberglass ladders and three wooden ladders, 4700 block of South 132nd Avenue, Ferry Township.
- 2:57 p.m., (OCSO), gas drive-off, $43 in fuel was reported stolen, Wishing Well, Pentwater Township.
- 3:14 p.m., (OCSO), a 47-year-old Norton Shores man was cited for driving while license revoked, Division Street, Village of Hesperia.
Saturday, May 11, 2024:
- 12:25 a.m., (OCSO), a 28-year-old Hart woman was arrested for operating while intoxicated, West Filmore Road near Wilson Road, Golden Township.
- 11:21 p.m., (OCSO), defrauding an innkeeper, Val Du Lakes Bar & Grille, Golden Township. Customers left without paying their bill.
Sunday, May 12, 2024:
- 10:47 a.m., (OCSO), a 35-year-old Holton man was arrested for possession of a stolen motorcycle and assaulting/resisting/obstructing police, 2500 block of West Winston Road, Grant Township. A 1999 Honda valued at $500 was recovered.
Monday, May 13, 2024:
- 2:39 p.m., (OCSO), a retail fraud charge against a 30-year-old Rothbury is pending following the theft of a bottle of vodka, Wishing Well, Pentwater Township.
Tuesday, May 14, 2024:
- 1:13 a.m., (OCSO), a 52-year-old Shelby man was arrested on an outstanding warrant and furnishing police with false information, Blaire Street, Village of New Era.
