HART — The following were sentenced in Oceana County’s 51st Circuit Court Monday, May 13, 2024:
Tyler
– Michael Troy Tyler, 46, pleaded “no contest” March 11 to charges of assault with a dangerous weapon, assaulting/resisting/obstructing police (two counts), assault and battery and operating while intoxicated and was sentenced May 13 to two months jail with credit for six days served; 18 months probation; and $1,904 in fines, costs and restitution.
Greiner
– Alexandra Ann Greiner, 36, pleaded “no contest” March 11 to two counts of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police and one count of operating while intoxicated and was sentenced May 13 to 72 days in jail with credit for 72 days served; one year probation; and $298 in fines and costs.
Cosselman
– Jacob Derrick Cosselman, 36, pleaded guilty March 11 to methamphetamine possession and was sentenced May 14 to three days in jail with credit for three days served; one year probation; and $658 in fines and costs.
