79th District Court sentencings, posted April 26, 2024

HART — The following were sentenced recently in Oceana County’s 79th District Court:

• Joseph Earl Tanner, 56, of 294 Pine St., Shelby, pleaded guilty April 16 to operating while intoxicated and was sentenced to one day in jail with credit for one day served; Alcohol Highway Safety Education (AHSE); and $1,155 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State (SOS).
• Axel Domingo Blanco-Osorio, 46, of 508 S. State St., Hart, pleaded guilty April 9 to operating while intoxicated and was sentenced to two days suspended jail with credit for two days served; AHSE; Victim Impact Panel (VIP); and $1,155 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS. One count of operating with a high blood alcohol content was dismissed.
• Jack Douglas Hermansen, 58, of 5460 Old Cove Rd. Clarkston, Michigan, pleaded guilty April 9 to operating while impaired and was sentenced to AHSE; VIP; and $1,055 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS. One count of operating while intoxicated was dismissed.
• Richard William Ingalls, 56, of 4900 S. 148th Ave., Hesperia, pleaded guilty April 23 to driving while license suspended (DWLS) and was sentenced to $450 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.
• David P. Rodriguez, Jr., 34, of 5112 Spruce Pointe Dr., Gurnee, Illinois, pleaded guilty April 17 to DWLS and was sentenced to $400 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.
• Teodoro Martin Trejo, 34, of 140 Griggs St. SE, Grand Rapids, pleaded guilty April 16 to second-offense DWLS and was sentenced to $325 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.
• Nathaniel Kain Hooker, 40, of 999 6th St., Pentwater, pleaded guilty April 16 to DWLS and was sentenced to $450 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.
• Allen D. Hanes, 63, of 2617 N. Dickinson Rd., Hesperia, pleaded guilty April 16 to second-offense DWLS and was sentenced to $250 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.
