– Alan Arthur Cole, 34, of 6263 E. Van Buren Rd., Walkerville; methamphetamine possession, carrying a concealed weapon, felony firearm and driving while license suspended (DWLS). Preliminary exam: May 7 at 1 p.m.

Stepka

– Richard Zigmund Stepka, 35, of 3947 S. Stiles Rd., Ludington; third-offense operating while intoxicated and DWLS. Preliminary exam: May 7 at 1 p.m.

Simpson

– Chad Alllen Simpson, 45, of 4219 W. 4 Mile Rd., White Cloud; assaulting/resisting/obstructing police and operating an unregistered vehicle. Preliminary exam: May 14 at 1 p.m.

Hawkins

– Dasha Lynn Hawkins, 39, of 906 E. Ludington Ave., Ludington; meth possession and domestic violence. Preliminary exam: May 7 at 1 p.m.

Fuentes

– Edgar Fabian Fuentes, of 715 S. State St., Hart; narcotic/cocaine possession less than 25 grams. Preliminary exam: April 30 at 1 p.m.

Martin

– Nikolas Paul Martin, 22, of 139 S. Menes St., Walkerville; narcotic/cocaine possession less than 25 grams, retail fraud and DWLS. Preliminary exam: April 30 at 1 p.m.

VanderZanden

– Randy Jordan VanderZanden, 33, of 2820 N. 128th Ave., Hart; narcotic/cocaine possession less than 25 grams. Preliminary exam: April 30 at 1 p.m.

Robeck

– Timothy Scott Robeck, of 3777 E. Loop Rd., Hesperia; assaulting/resisting/obstructing police and second-offense DWLS. Preliminary exam: May 7 at 1 p.m.

Misdemeanors

– Robert Lee Johnson, 54, of 1300 Woodrow Rd., Shelby; second-offense domestic violence and operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: May 30 at 2:30 p.m.

– Johnathon Robert McClernan, 27, of 5576 S. 148th Ave., Hesperia; probation violation. Probation violation hearing: April 30 at 2:45 p.m.

– Scott Everette Couturier, 43, of 5692 Cherokee Bend, New Era; operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: May 30 at 2 p.m.

– Marcus David Pierce, 33, of 3834 Melody Lane, Hart; operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: June 13 at 1 p.m.

– Angela Lynn Reterstoff, 47, of 123 W. Broadway Ave., Scottville; operating while intoxicated with an occupant under age 16. Pretrial: June 13 at 1 p.m.

– Benjamin William Meurer, 19, of A6590 146th Ave., Holland; operating while intoxicated and second-offense minor in possession of alcohol. Pretrial: May 30 at 2:15 p.m.

– Dana Wayne Allen, 44, of 5494 S. 168th Ave., Hesperia; operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: May 23 at 9:15 a.m.

– Nathaniel Michael Bolley, 19, of 6947 Tranquil Trail, Whitehall; operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: May 23 at 9:30 a.m.

– Troy Morden Lutzke, 54, of 5589 N. Maple Island Rd., Walkerville; second-offense operating while intoxicated and DWLS. Pretrial: May 23 at 11:15 a.m.
