HART — The following were sentenced recently in Oceana County’s 51st Circuit Court:
Anderson
– Randy Ray Anderson, 41, pleaded guilty March 5, 2024 to carrying a concealed weapon and was sentenced April 22, 2024 to 150 days in jail with credit for 61 days served; 18 months probation; and $598 in fines and costs. Charges of firearm possession by a felon, felony firearm, operating without insurance and driving while license suspended were dismissed.
Kasinger
– Garrett Roger Kasinger, 33, pleaded guilty March 4, 2024 to third-offense operating while intoxicated and was sentenced April 22, 2024 to two months in jail with credit for two days served; two years probation; and $1,023 in fines and costs.
Moses
– Kaelyb Lee Moses, 20, pleaded guilty Jan. 29, 2024 to fourth-degree fleeing a police officer and was sentenced April 15, 2024 to three days in jail with credit for three days served; one year probation; and $523 in fines and costs. Charges of operating without a license and operating without insurance were dismissed.
Masta
– Marshall Alex-Anthony Masta, 23, pleaded guilty Jan. 29, 2024 to cocaine/heroin possession less than 25 grams and was sentenced April 15, 2024 to one day in jail with credit for one day served; one year probation; and $598 in fines and costs. In a separate file, Masta pleaded guilty to the same charge and was sentenced to two days in jail with credit for two days served; one year probation; and $343 in fines and costs. Sentences run concurrently.
Rader
– Darrell Lee Rader II, 32, pleaded “no contest” Jan. 29, 2024 to assault with a dangerous weapon and was sentenced April 15, 2024 to four days in jail with credit for four days served; 18 months probation; no contact with the victim; and $658 in fines and costs. One count of felony firearm was dismissed.
