The following is recent police activity in Oceana County:

Tuesday, April 16, 2024:

  • 7:55 p.m., (Michigan State Police), a 34-year-old Walkerville man was arrested for carrying a concealed weapon, methamphetamine possession, driving while license suspended and on an outstanding warrant, Polk Road and 144th Avenue, Elbridge Township. He was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.

Wednesday, April 17, 2024:

  • 11:50 p.m., (Oceana County Sheriff’s Office), a 38-year-old Pentwater woman was arrested on failure to appear warrants, 3200 block of North 72nd Avenue, Hart Township. A 53-year-old Hart man and a 31-year-old Hart man were arrested for harboring a fugitive. They were lodged in the Oceana County Jail.

Thursday, April 18, 2024:

  • 1:30 p.m., (OCSO), a Rothbury woman (age unavailable) was arrested for operating while intoxicated, West Yale Road, Grant Township. She was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.
  • 10:49 p.m., (OCSO), assault and reckless use of a firearm, no arrest, 2300 block of East Skeels Road, Otto Township.
  • 11:52 p.m., (OCSO), a 38-year-old Hesperia man was arrested for domestic violence, 8300 block of East Loop Road, Newfield Township. He was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.

Friday, April 19, 2024:

  • 10:32 p.m., (MSP), a 57-year-old Muskegon woman was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear, US 31 and Park Road, Grant Township. She was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.

Saturday, April 20, 2024:

  • 3:35 p.m., (OCSO), a 51-year-old Hart man was cited for driving while license revoked, North 120th Avenue, Crystal Township.
  • 5:24 p.m., (OCSO), a 52-year-old White Cloud man was cited for driving while license revoked, East M 20, Ferry Township.
  • 5:49 p.m., (OCSO), a 35-year-old Newaygo man was arrested for second-offense operating while intoxicated, Division Street, Village of Hesperia. He was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.
  • 8:07 p.m., (OCSO), a 43-year-old New Era man was arrested for second-offense operating while intoxicated, South Oceana Drive, Shelby Township. He was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.

Sunday, April 21, 2024:

  • 3:33 p.m., (OCSO), a 27-year-old Shelby man was cited for driving while license suspended and operating without insurance, North 176th Avenue, Leavitt Township.
  • 2:20 p.m., (OCSO), a 39-year-old Hart man was cited for driving while license revoked, West Polk Road, Hart Township.
  • 9:52 p.m., (OCSO), a 49-year-old Walkerville man was cited for driving while license revoked, North 56th Avenue, Golden Township.
