Felonies

Fennel

– Danny Lee Fennel, 47, of 6441 E. Fillmore Rd., Walkerville; methamphetamine/ecstasy possession and domestic violence. Preliminary exam: April 23 at 1 p.m. Bail $750/10 percent.

Villarreal

– Jose Alfredo Villarreal, 50, of 3615 N. 64th Ave., Hart; third-offense domestic violence, analogues possession; and driving while license suspended (DWLS). Preliminary exam: April 23 at 1 p.m. Bail: $1,000/10 percent.

Misdemeanors

– Justin James-Albert Cowles, 38, of 4487 Harrison Rd., Hart; operating with a high blood alcohol content. Pretrial: May 23 at 9 a.m. Bail: $100/10 percent.

– Shawnae Rylee Vanas, 21, of 2759 Worden St., Norton Shores; operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: May 9 at 9 a.m. Bail: $1,000/personal recognizance (PR).

– Steven Luke Dykman, 28, of 7201 Wever Rd., Fountain; operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: May 23 at 11 a.m. Bail: $1,000/cash.

– Draven Alexander-Scott Scovill, 18, of 106 W 32nd St., Shelby; retail fraud. Pretrial conference: May 2 at 2:30 p.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.

– William Wyatt-Oakley Collins, 24, of 480 E. Hanover St., Pentwater; domestic violence. Pretrial: May 2 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $350/cash.

– Harold J. Rudduck, 45, of 246 High St., Pontiac; assault and battery. Pretrial: May 2 at 2:30 p.m. Bail: $7,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

– Billy Richard Huszar, 46, of 3591 S. Water Rd., New Era; assault and battery. Pretrial: May 2 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $250/cash.

– Amy Louise Maynard, 52, of 6484 E. Gale Rd., Hesperia; second-offense DWLS. Pretrial: May 2 at 1:45 p.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.

– Wayne Michael Kittle, Jr., 52, of 1465 E. Mill Rd., Twin Lake; DWLS. Pretrial: May 9 at 10:45 a.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.

– Cesar Sanchez, 20, of 569 S. Harvey St., Shelby; DWLS. Pretrial: May 2 at 9:15 a.m. Bail: $500/cash.

– Michele Marie Hilliard, 49, of 5 N. 160th Ave., Hesperia; DWLS. Pretrial: April 18 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.

– Kaleah Christine Hines, 19, of 803 Diana St., Ludington; DWLS. Pretrial: April 25 at 1 p.m. Bail: $500/cash.
