51st Circuit Court sentencings, posted April 11, 2024

HART — The following were sentenced recently in Oceana County’s 51st Circuit Court:

Wert

– Timothy David Wert, 43, of 5923 Stony Lake Rd., New Era, pleaded guilty Feb. 5 to methamphetamine/ecstasy possession and was sentenced April 8 to two days in jail with credit for two days served; one year probation; and $658 in fines and costs.

Chase

– James Robert Chase, 37, of 137 Roosevelt Rd., Bitely, pleaded guilty Feb. 5 to methamphetamine/ecstasy possession and was sentenced April 8 to one day in jail with credit for one day served; one year probation; and $568 in fines and costs.

Dennis

– John Jeremy Dennis, 46, of 3204 Holton Rd., Muskegon, pleaded guilty Feb. 5 to methamphetamine/ecstasy  possession and was sentenced April 8 to one year in jail with credit for three days served and $588 in fines and costs. One count of dangerous weapon dismissed.
