Felonies
– Charles Vernon Alltop, 60, of 716 Bird St., Parkersburg, West Virginia; first-degree criminal sexual conduct (CSC) — victim under age 13 and second-degree CSC — victim under age 13. Preliminary exam: April 16 at 1 p.m. Bail: $10,000/cash/surety/10 percent.
– Ernest Paul Maile, 56, of 203 ½ E. Melendy St., Ludington; one count of failure to register as a sex offender and one count of failure to comply with sex offender registration duties. Preliminary exam: April 16 at 1 p.m. Bail: $1,000/cash/surety/10 percent.
– Justin Allan Russell, 31, of 8515 Holton Duck Lake Rd., Holton; methamphetamine possession. Preliminary exam: April 9 at 1 p.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
– Bruce Wayne Bramer, 52, of 2505 Winston Rd., Rothbury; felony charge of child abuse and a misdemeanor charge of operating while intoxicated. Preliminary exam for the felony: April 16 at 1 p.m. Pretrial for the misdemeanor: May 2 at 2:15 p.m. Bail: $1,000/cash/surety/10 percent.
– Michael Lee Bon, 42, of 495 Glen Oaks Dr., Muskegon; malicious destruction of property $1,000-$20,000. Preliminary exam: April 9 at 1 p.m. Bail: $7,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
– Tyler Nathanial Thompson, 19, of 5049 E. Garfield Rd., Hesperia; unlawful driving away of a motor vehicle/car theft. Preliminary exam: April 16 at 1 p.m. Bail: $100/cash.
– Hollis Elvin Edwards, Sr., 49, of 2725 W. Forrest St., Rothbury; methamphetamine possession. Preliminary exam: April 16 at 1 p.m. Bail: $5,000/personal recognizance (PR).
– Nicholas William Murphy, 41, of 2410 W. Willow St., Lansing; assaulting/resisting/obstructing police. Preliminary exam: April 16 at 1 p.m. Bail: $1,000/cash/surety/10 percent.
Misdemeanors
– Steven Lynn Landis, 35, of 415 Hart St., Hart; domestic violence. Pretrial: April 18 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
– Casey Ray Conklin, 20, of 6951 N. 120th Ave., Hart; operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: April 25 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $1,000/cash/surety/10 percent.
– Kenneth Wayne Scott, 44, of 1207 Smith St., Muskegon; second-offense driving while license suspended. Preliminary exam: April 25 at 10:15 a.m. Bail: $1,000/PR.
