HART — The following were arraigned recently in Oceana County’s 79th District Court:

Felonies

Bulow

– Robert Morris Bulow, 61, of 5361 W. Longbridge Rd., Pentwater; failure to register as a sex offender and failure to comply with sex offender reporting duties. Preliminary exam waived/case bound over to circuit court.

Denevan

– Raymond Howard Denevan, 36, of 2157 W. Bard Rd., Muskegon; two counts of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police. Preliminary exam: April 30 at 1 p.m.

Kittel

– Benjamin Anthony Kittel, 29, of 7575 80th Ave., Rothbury; third-offense operating while intoxicated. Preliminary exam: April 2 at 1 p.m.

Hawkins

– Kelley Jean Hawkins, 59, of 3284 Cherokee Trail, Norton Shores; methamphetamine possession and second-offense driving while license suspended (DWLS). Preliminary exam waived/case bound over to circuit court.

Plotts

– Travis Scott Plotts, 30, of 11434 Bingham Ave., Bitely; three counts of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police. Preliminary exam: March 26 at 1 p.m.

McMann

– Amanda Rae McMann, 40, of 2494 Whitetail Dr., Rothbury; methamphetamine possession and narcotic/cocaine possession less than 25 grams. Preliminary exam: March 26 at 1 p.m.

Clayton

– Gerald Lewis Clayton III, 35, of 6187 S. Maple Island Rd., Hesperia; methamphetamine substance possession. Preliminary exam waived/case bound over to circuit court.

Booher

– Benjamin Dakota Booher, 23, of 6767 E M 20, Hesperia; assault with intent to do great bodily harm less than murder; assault with a dangerous weapon and domestic violence. Preliminary exam: March 26 at 1 p.m.

Lahr

– Jessica Lynn Lahr, 35, of 6857 E. Farber Dr., Hesperia; unlawful driving away of an auto/car theft. Preliminary exam waived/case bound over to circuit court.

Phillips

– Paul Madison Phillips, 38, of 4570 N. 176th Ave., Walkerville; unlawful driving away of an auto/car theft and breaking and entering a building. Preliminary exam waived/case bound over to circuit court.

Brinkman

– Kevin Joseph Brinkman, 26, of 4487 W. Hammett Rd., Pentwater; methamphetamine possession. Preliminary exam: April 9 at 1 p.m.

  • Benito Escamilla, Jr., 54, of 3241 N. 72nd Ave., Hart; larceny by false pretenses less than $200. Pretrial: April 18 at 10:15 a.m.
  • Juan Gutierrez-Darios, 47, of 606 Danaher St., Ludington; malicious destruction of property less than $200. April 11 at 2:15 p.m.
  • Mateo Daniel Salazar, 24, of 2100 N. Ridge Rd., Mears; DWLS. Pretrial: April 18 at 3:30 p.m.
  • Louis Stanley Dykes, 36 of 2298 W. Yale Rd., New Era; DWLS. Pretrial: April 18 at 3 p.m.
  • Donald Paul Adams, 59, of 301 N. 112th Ave., Hart; DWLS. Pretrial: April 11 at 11:45 a.m.
  • Edward Winston Goetsch, 36, of 280 Elliot St., Shelby; DWLS. Plea/sentencing hearing: April 9 at 4:15 p.m.
  • Manuel Lawrence Corey IV, 30, of 80 S. Michigan Ave., Shelby; second-offense DWLS. Pretrial: April 11 at 1:45 p.m.
  • Amber Lee Sample, 39, of 194 Hoskins St., Hesperia; DWLS. Pretrial: May 9 at 11:45 a.m.
