HART — The following were sentenced recently in Oceana County’s 79th District Court:

  • Christopher Lee Gasparas, 43, of 8776 N. 104th Ave., Pentwater, pleaded guilty March 5 to second-offense domestic violence and was sentenced to 16 days suspended jail with credit for 16 days served; one year probation; no contact with the victim; and $500 in fines and costs.
  • Alice Elizabeth Holsomback, 42, of 5987 W. Stony Lake Rd., New Era, pleaded guilty March 5 to operating with a high blood alcohol content and was sentenced to two days suspended jail with credit for two days served; six months probation; outpatient treatment; Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) twice a week; and $1,155 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State (SOS). 
  • Patrick James Pineda, 25, of 8656 S. 56th Ave., Montague, pleaded guilty March 5 to operating while intoxicated and was sentenced to Alcohol Highway Safety Education; AA weekly; Victim Impact Panel; and $1,155 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.
  • Roy Daniel Bolan III, 23, of 5073 S. 200th Ave., Hesperia, pleaded guilty March 19 to operating while impaired and was sentenced to four days in jail with credit for four days served and $1,055 in fines and costs. One count of operating while intoxicated was dismissed. Conviction reportable to SOS.
  • Lisa Lucille Armstrong, 58, of 2975 W. Wilke Rd., Rothbury, pleaded guilty Feb. 6 to operating while intoxicated and was sentenced March 12 to two days suspended jail with credit for two days served; Alcohol Highway Safety Education; Victim Impact Panel; and $1,155 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.
  • Noah Alexander Kuczmanski, 26, of 931 3rd St., Niles, Michigan, pleaded guilty to operating while impaired and was sentenced to Alcohol Highway Safety Education; Victim Impact Panel; and $940 in fines and costs. One count of operating while intoxicated was dismissed. Conviction reportable to SOS.
  • Jason Alan Ennis, 37, of 5430 E. Arthur Rd., Hesperia, pleaded guilty March 13 to driving while license suspended (DWLS) and was sentenced to a $75 fine. Conviction reportable to SOS.
  • Ashlie Marie Denevan, 37, of 2157 W. Bard Rd., Muskegon, pleaded no contest March 12 to attempted assaulting/resisting/obstructing police and was sentenced to $500 in fines and costs. One count of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police was dismissed.
  • Mitchell Lewis Robbins, 27, of 420 Griswold St., Hart, pleaded no contest March 19 to disturbing the peace and was sentenced to four days in jail with credit for four days served and $225 in fines and costs. One count of disorderly — drunk was dismissed.
  • Mark Edward Marr, 53, of 5179 Holton Whitehall Rd., Holton, pleaded guilty March 22 to DWLS and was sentenced to a $75 fine. Conviction reportable to SOS. Charges of recreational trespassing and improper license plate were dismissed.
  • Kevin Carrol Gleason, 63, of 415 N. State St., Shelby, pleaded guilty March 12 to failure to report an accident and was sentenced to $125 in fines and costs. 
  • April Lynn Decheney, 36, of 2575 N. Dickinson Ave., Hesperia, pleaded guilty March 12 to larceny from a vacant building and was sentenced to six months probation and 10 hours of community service monthly during probation term. One count of illegal entry was dismissed.
  • Robert Joe Smith II, 39, of 1423 W. Arthur Rd., New Era, pleaded guilty March 12 to breaking and entering — illegal entry and was sentenced to one day suspended jail with credit for one day served; six months probation; and $400 in fines costs.
  • Glenn Harvey Wiggers, 48, of 294 E. Forest Ave., Muskegon, pleaded guilty March 4 to DWLS and was sentenced to $400 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.
  • Timothy Michael Vanderstelt, 29, of 421 Glen Oaks Dr., Muskegon, pleaded guilty March 4 to DWLS and was sentenced to $400 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.

Dismissal

  • Adam Charles Lathrop, 41, one count of alcohol — open container in vehicle was dismissed March 19.
