Tuesday, March 5, 2024:

• 4:42 p.m., (Oceana County Sheriff’s Office), a 50-year-old Hart man was cited for driving while license suspended, North Oceana Drive, Weare Township. A charge of narcotics possession is pending lab analysis of the substance.

Wednesday, March 6, 2024:

• 1:01 a.m., (Michigan State Police), a 50-year-old Kaleva woman was arrested for operating while intoxicated, M 20 and Garfield Road, Shelby Township.
• 6:13 p.m., (MSP), a 23-year-old Hesperia man was arrested for assault and battery, 6700 block of M 20, Newfield Township.

Thursday, March 7, 2024:

• 9:11 a.m., (OCSO), embezzlement of food products, 2100 Grace Adventures, North Ridge Road, Golden Township. The case is under investigation.

Saturday, March 9, 2024:

• 5:11 a.m., (OCSO), domestic violence, no arrest, 1400 block of North York Road, Hart Township.
• 9:59 p.m., (MSP), a 22-year-old Bitely man was cited for operating without insurance, South Maple Island and Garfield roads, Greenwood Township.

Saturday, March 10, 2024:

• 2:35 p.m., (OCSO), domestic violence, no arrest, 7000 block of North Hilltop Court, Pentwater Township.

Sunday, March 11, 2024:

• 12:24 a.m., (OCSO), domestic violence and probation violation, no arrest, East Garfield Road, Greenwood Township.
